Everything is just thoughts and emotions, you think about it all day long and then you attract the circumstances that are attached with it. You feel something good about it then you do it, you do things because you think it will make you feel good.
Don't get too attached with your emotions because sometimes it may back fire on you. You must learn how to neutralize it, sometimes you do something because you're mad, angry or excited which results to poor results and regrets. Make a decision if you're calm and thinking right.
If you're thinking too much about something... it will be attracted to you, if you're thinking about your enemy and you feel so bad about him everyday, if you're investing too much negative emotions at him then you will become very close to him. Sometimes you will even see him unexpectedly.
Be careful of what you're thinking of, it may cause destruction for your life, sometimes something is not happening but you think that it's happening because you're thinking of it too much, it causes paranoia.
So if you're wondering why something is happening to you... it's because you attracted it by how you think and feel. If you always feel bad about something... you will see it everyday, the best way to get rid of it is to stop thinking about it and never give it any of your attention.
You create your reality with your thoughts and emotions. You think of an idea, you become excited with it and you do everything to create it, you will stop it if you're no longer passionate about it. Just like being in love, you will leave your partner if you don't lover her anymore.

Definitely yes, all you have to do is be in the moment, always be aware of what you're thinking and how are you feeling... as simple as that.
