HOW TO OVERCOME LAZINESS AND PROCRASTINATION? CAN YOU DEFEAT IT?

Of course it can be done, it can be beaten. You can defeat laziness and procrastination, all you have to have is a vision and a habit. Vision of accomplishing greater things in life, habit of wanting to become something spectacular, habits that will make you one step closer to success.

HOW TO REALLY OVERCOME IT?

Never think about success, just stop thinking about it and focus on taking actions, focus on the movement. Even if you're moving slowly... just move and never stop. Laziness becomes stronger because you are spoiling  it, you are believing it, you believe that nothing worse is going to happen, you are fooling yourself and making yourself believe that everything is going to be alright even if you're not doing anything.

Just do something, it doesn't need to be special, it doesn't need to be something spectacular. Just do something positive and keep the momentum alive.

I know it doesn't feel good if you're moving because it's not in your habit, but once you stay consistent with your actions... you will become a hard worker, it will become your identity... you will never stop anymore because you keep on getting small results day by day.

Fall in love with the baby steps, step by step, inch by inch, brick by brick... you need to do it. Never stop until you're done, never stop until you feel good. Because that negative emotion caused by inaction will go away once you're moving and getting positive momentum.

You can defeat laziness and procrastination if you will not think and just do it. Stop worrying, stop thinking like you're a genius and you need to have a perfect plan... just overcome it by forcing yourself to take actions.
