FORGET THE REQUIREMENTS

Forget the requirements to work for a company... just submit your application and hope for a miracle. Sometimes they will never look for the requirements anymore especially if they really need to hire someone to do the job. It's a little bit of luck and hard work, you put in the effort to submit for an application and the you get picked even if you're not qualified. Sometimes all you have to do is try and you will become successful. Not all the time they will follow the requirements, if they saw that you want it bad enough then you will get it.

You can ignore all the requirements and just throw yourself out there, you can present yourself even if you think that you're not qualified, there is a magic behind being brave and showing up. Showing up is also an effort, it is also a work it means you will get some reward from doing it.

Your hard work and belief is enough to top all the requirements needed. Don't be scared if you lack the skill, if your will is above the roof then you will be fine, you will get what you want. requirements are just for formality, it is nothing.
