Life is very easy to enjoy, I don't know why a lot of people are bored with their lives. I don't know why there are lot of people who become depressed, maybe they are looking for something, maybe they are unappreciative of their lives.
1. Enjoy the less. You have less? so what? people who have more can't even enjoy their lives. It doesn't matter if you have less, what matters is you can make yourself happy and you can appreciate what you have. It' ok to have less because you will be able to focus your energy on lesser things, you don't need to take care of a lot of things, your time will not be divided into may parts.
2. Experience it more. Experience life more, you need to be appreciative of what is going on around you, you don't need to be adventurous to experience it just live with the moment and you will feel your life. Raise your awareness, feel it, never rush things and never try to fast forward. Experience the struggle, experience the pain, experience the happiness and success. Anything that is happening now you need to experience it and learn from it.
3. Stay active. Always stay in motion, stay active so that you will forget all of your problems, stay active so that you will never worry again. Do something productive, set a goal and pursue it relentlessly. Keep yourself busy and go to the extreme.
4. Just laugh. Simply laughing will make you happy, you can even fake laugh if you want to... that will remove the tension in your body, it will over writ the fears.
5. Stay away from negative people. Associate your life with people who are positive and has the same vision as yours. Never join negative people because you will absorb their misery and belief, they will pull you down and will give you bad emotions.
Something that powers your mind. It is about motivation, self discipline, mental toughness, success, self development, achieving goals, techniques and ways to give you advantages in life.
