It's just fear, it will never immobilized you if you are aware of it. If you know that you're scared at the moment and you're not afraid to admit it then you will be able to neutralize fear. Just relax when you're scared, just breathe when you're angry, never try to escape the situation that you need to face. Just deal with it, embrace the feeling and fear will become scared of you, it will go away. The moment they you deal with something that is scary is the moment that it goes away. It's just a feeling, if you know that it can't kill you then you will be able to conquer it.
Fear is just an emotion that can control you if you keep on focusing on it, it's a feeling that will destroy you. If you will not neutralize it then you will fail for sure, you will become a loser in life. You should always be aware that it's just a fear, it's just a feeling running in your system and if you know that it's the root of your inability to make decisions and take actions then you will forget it easily. Fear of something that will happen. You are not afraid of what will happen, you are not afraid of rejections, humiliations, defeats, fatigue, embarrassments, mistakes, stress... you are not afraid to all of these, you are just afraid of the emotion that you will feel when these things happen. If it happens it happens, what's the big deal. Even if people laughs at you or disrespects you... it's all just an emotion, you are afraid that it might happen, you are afraid of the feeling... not the subject of fear itself. You have to know that it's just a fear so that you will no longer feel bad if it really happened.
You are afraid that you will not get it. It's ok if you will not be able to get it, if you can just be aware that it's just a negative emotion then you will never be afraid even if it didn't come into your life. Your fear of not being happy is what makes you worry, that's why you're afraid to try, that's why you are afraid to embrace every moment.
Fear is manipulating your mind, it is tricking you that the reactions from other people, the failures, the rejections, the pain is what are causing you to become scared. No, even if all of those things happen, you will not feel so bad if you know that they are all emotions. It's your emotions that is causing you to become scared of something, the emotions that are coming... they are the ones that are making you overthink.
Keep in mind that fear is just a feeling, if something happens then it happens, if something doesn't happen then it doesn't happen... as simple as that. But never let fear stop you from taking action, never let feel avoid you from being happy.
If you know that your mother will get mad at you you are scared right? it's not because that she will get mad, it's not because that she will raise her voice at you or spank you, it's because you're so afraid of the feeling that you will get when she gets mad. Embrace all the negative emotions and just live your life, always stay relax. If you feel fear so be it but always remind yourself that it's nothing but a feeling.
