Depression is in demand nowadays, most people are looking for it, most people don't know that they created it themselves, some people are not even depressed but they are seeking for attention. They don't have problems but they keep on insisting that there is something wrong in their lives. I will not make it any longer and I will reveal the most powerful solution to depression. The world is not so nice, and if you're too soft and emotional... you're dead. You need to accept that there is a lot of people who were so cruel and mean. They will bash you, criticize you for whatever reason. And if you're thinking that you're a good person so that they must be good to you too... you're just wasting your time. Be a good person but never think that the whole world will be good to you too. It is what it is, that's how the game of life plays, get use to it or else you will try to change a lot of people and in the end you will only get disappointed. Never expect anything from anybody, if they treat you good they treat you good but if they don't... just deal with it, ignore it and keep moving forward all the time.
