Your mind was not created by yourself, it was created by your environment, it was programmed by the people and events surrounding you. The news manipulated your mind, your parents thought you how to think, your teachers thought you how to do things, your friends installed some fear inside of your head telling you you can't do it. You didn't create your mind, they created it. The traumatic events that scares you, it was all recorded inside of your brain and it destroyed your confidence. The embarrassments that destroyed your self esteem because you take it personally, the unwanted lessons that your school taught you. The ideas that were put into your brain were not chosen by you, they chose it for you. It's time to become a rebel now, it's time to create your own mind and put all the information that you really want and not the information that you think were real but is not helping you at all.
They manipulated your mind, they choose what to put inside of your head, you have no choice before but to accept all of their inputs because you don't know anything. But things are different now, now that you know that thoughts creates reality then you will become more observant of your thoughts not, you will become very selective and strict of the thoughts that you are putting inside of your head.
Because you're not a kid anymore, you can choose the right thoughts that will give you a better life, you can block unwanted thoughts and shift your focus into something better. Own your mind now or else it will be owned by others. Be aware if an idea or information is not making you better. Always be mindful of what you are thinking of and never let any fun subject fool you.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ERASE ALL OF THE UNWANTED INFORMATION INSIDE OF YOUR HEAD?
It's possible but it's hard to do it because it's already on your subconscious mind, there is a feeling paired with it that's why it's hard to erase. That's why traumas were very powerful and hard to get rid of, the person who experienced it is so afraid of the feeling associated with the subject, he doesn't want to feel that feeling again because it leaves a big scar in his heart.
The best thing to do is to think about what you want over and over again until it saturates your mind, this method will make you forget the traumatic events that happened to you, you will still remember it every once in a while but you can stop thinking about it easily because there is a new thought that is dominating your brain.
If an athlete got injured and he can't forget that career ending injury because he dreamed about it everyday... it will only stressed him if he tries to forget it, the best thing to do is keep thinking what he can do, keep thinking the best memories of his career and only think about his dreams. He will remember that injury again but he can stop the thought easily because he already trained his mind to keep thinking about the images that are making him feel much better.
STOP EXPOSING YOUR MIND TO NEGATIVITY
The more you expose your mind to negativity... the more it will become negative, you don't own your mind anymore, it was owned by other people and other things. The thought that controls you owns you, so if a new keeps on running inside of your head every single day then it owns your mind. If your enemy's image keeps on showing inside of your head then that enemy owns you. Fill your mind with positive thoughts only, train your mind to be mindful, you can only create a new mind that was built by yours if you will think consciously and patiently repeat the images that makes you feel good inside of your head. Refrain from watching news, stay away from negative people, stop gossiping, stop wishing someone to fail, stop getting interested with arguments or debates or fight. And if there is no way you can't block the negative subjects because it's already in front of you... just ignore it or never take it seriously, never talk about it nor give any attention. It's always your choice if you will let negativity poison your mind, you always have the choice, you can stop entertaining negative thoughts even if they are enjoyable.
REPEAT THE THOUGHTS THAT YOU WANT TO HAPPEN IN REALITY
Your thoughts are your reality, so if you want to experience a new and better reality... only entertain the thoughts that makes you feel good and you want to happen in real life. Stop entertaining the thought about lack, scarcity, sickness, failure, violence, fights and any other negative things that you don't want to experience. It's all about the repetition, you can reprogram your mind by being conscious of the thoughts that you want to happen in reality until it goes into your subconscious mind. It will work one day, your mind will change, repeat affirmations that you want to happen. It will not happen in an instant but your life, actions and habits will change slowly. Patience is the key here, don't rush the process, trust that it's going to work one day. Never get tired of repeating it, repeat it a million times if you need to, the more you repeat it the more it is likely to happen, it will become stronger and stronger every time you repeat it, it's just like strengthening a muscle through repetition of a drill, one you made it a habit and you automatically repeat it... you're on your way to success.
