THE GOLDEN RULE FOR HAPPINESS

Most people were looking for happiness not knowing that they don't need to look for it. They can't live without it, they're going hysterical about it and some people were even going crazy because they keep telling themselves they can't be happy and they will never be happy, it's so hard for them to find happiness. The truth is happiness is not that hard to find, you'll just need to let it come. Don't worry if you're so sad now, don't worry if you're depressed, emotions come and go, your emotions will change later or tomorrow, all you need to do is be patient and endure what you need to endure for the moment. Happiness can be achieved by anyone, it will be felt by everyone, you will feel it every now and then, you may not be feeling it for now but if you are patient and positive then you will feel it in the future, happiness in your life will never run out, it will always come to you. You don't need to force it, you don't need to beg for it... it will be yours.

HAPPINESS HAS AN INTERVAL

You will never feel it 24 hours a day, you can't have it forever. You may feel it one hour then it will be cut, you will be sad for 2 hours then you will become happy again, sometimes you will feel neutral, sometimes you will feel low or too high. Happiness come and go so just deal with your loneliness for now because you will become happy again in just a matter of time. So don't worry if you're badly depressed now and all you feel is the fire from hell, if you're going through hell... keep going, you will taste the heaven later, not all the time you will suffer, time will come and you will feel so good and free, you will feel the lightness of life. So be happy if you are sad now because you will become happy later. Just wait for a few moments if you are sad and you will become happy again.

JUST LIVE YOUR LIFE AND STOP LOOKING FOR WHAT IS MISSING

All you have to do is breathe and you will feel happy again, all you have to do is live life, appreciate what you have and never look for what is missing in your life. Keep improving everyday, keep chasing your dreams but never focus on what you don't have or what you can't get, you are only wasting your life by doing that, you can be happy today by simply appreciating the things and people that you have. A lot of people were not happy because they were focused on what is missing in their lives, they were not focused on trying to make themselves better, they think that they can only become happy once they found what they are looking for and that is why they were living in misery everyday.

COMPARISON IS THE THIEF OF HAPPINESS

Never compare yourself to others, by doing that will make you so unhappy because you will always find what is missing in your life. You will always find someone who's better than you which is not true, you just think that way and that's the reason why you can't become happy. So if you want to become happy all the time stop comparing yourself to others because you are enough and your confidence will only go down by doing that. The more you compare yourself the more you will become insecure, you are losing yourself by doing that. Stop getting envy or jealous with other people's success, stop thinking that they're better than you and focus on your own life instead, m,ind your own business, your duty is to make yourself better and live a better life. You an only do that by giving more time for yourself and zero time for other people's lives.
