MOVE ON AND LET GO, AS SIMPLE AS THAT

Why hold on to something that is making you feel bad? why hold a grudge or bitterness towards something? why think about the past that is only destroying your confidence? let go and move on, welcome the new experience that is about to happen. Because if you will hold on to that bitterness forever then you will never make any single progress, you will become stuck in a quicksand and that is not good, you will go down, you will have a miserable life. If something bad happens to you... move one, if a girl rejects you move on, if the company you are working on terminates you move on, if your coach shouts at you move on, if you lose your money move on, if your partner leaves you move on, if they don't like you move on, if you have been defeated move on, that is the point of staying into that negative place of bitterness? you are only wasting your life if you allow yourself to become stuck in a space of regrets and negativity.

LIFE WILL BECOME MUCH EASIER IF YOU CAN MOVE ON SO FAST

It's not that you don't feel something towards a subject or happening that is a little bit sensitive and requires care, it's not that you're turning into a rock, it's just that you need to learn how to move on so fast so that you can live more of your life. Never let a bad event or happening ruin your life completely, you have to be aware if you're dwelling with a past experience too much because it is not healthy for your life anymore. If something you don't like happens... move on and forget it. It's like forgetting a nightmare, it's like choosing the right thought that will support you. Letting go is not that hard, all you have to do is accept that it already happened and love yourself, never waste your life by thinking too much about your ugly past. So make it a habit to move forward, always be aware if you are getting pulled by a thought or a past experience, always be aware if you're not progressing because you are suppose to be making a small progress everyday.

HOW TO MOVE ON SO FAST?

1. Totally forget it, stop thinking about it and that's it.
2. Entertain yourself with a new passion, learn something new, learn music or incorporate a new sport into your life style.
3. Chase a new goal, something that is hard and will eat a lot of your time.
4. Try again, trying again doesn't mean you're still trap into that situation, it only means you are more positive and you have this belief that you can win next time.
5. Watch a lot of motivational videos and funny clips on you tube. Consume your mind with a positive information, never watch dramas or self pity movies.
6. Just start, stop thinking too much and just start. Chase something, do something, finish a task, forget about perfection and just start.
7. Face the pain of reality, accept the truth, what happen happens, you can't change it anymore. What happens happens, no matter how bad it is... all you can do is laugh at it.
8. Remember the things that makes you smile. Focus on appreciating, focus on the things that made you happy instead of dwelling on things that are only making you feel worse.
9. Force yourself, there is no room for being lazy here, force yourself to move. Stop making dramas because it's only making your life miserable, stay in motion, do something, act now and stop waiting for tomorrow.

YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO BE MOVING FORWARD

Life is all about moving forward, it shouldn't be lived living backward. Whatever you can do or think to move forward... do it, do it fast. Whether it's about cleaning your room or burning the pictures of you ex or cutting your hair.. do it. Do something to forget the past, never allow yourself to be stuck in the past because it will ruin your life. Decide now on what direction are you headed to, is it moving forward or moving backward? you have the power here, you are in charge and nobody will do it for you. Your legs were made to move forward, it's your responsibility to grow and experience different things in life. Make a commitment to move forward all the time. So if there is an opportunity to move forward... do it. So stop wasting your time, stop wasting your life... move forward and do whatever it takes to make a small progress, there is something you can do, you will become much happier if you will avoid stagnancy. Take one step at a time, one small step is good, stop thinking about making a huge progress, you need to be patient here.

LET GO NOW!

Let go of the thoughts, people, past experiences, failures, traumatic experiences that are making your life miserable. Let go now, just throw it away, you have to love yourself, you have to enjoy your life, it's time to face a new chapter of your life now. You can never do it if you can't let go. Let go of the burden, let go of the ugly feelings, let go of what is stopping you. It's the smartest thing to do, if you can't let go then you will become stuck forever. It's not that hard to do it, just stop thinking about those things, discipline your mind to think only about the things that are making you feel good. Ignore the thoughts that are stopping you, be mindful of your life and always live in the present moment. Never try to live in the past, never try to rush the process of healing. Let it go, just do it, just stop thinking about it and that's it. It will be easy if you try, and if a negative thoughts keeps coming back again... just replace it with a positive thought, you have to have willpower here, you have to choose and decide if you really want to have a better life.
