Learn how to speak your mind, learn to say enough is enough, learn to express yourself, learn to ask questions when you feel you are being cheated.
Sometimes all you need to do is talk and ask questions, sometimes all you need to do is ask someone to stop. Be the authority, learn to speak when needed. Don't be a quiet sheep who will never do anything even if you are about to get slaughtered.
Speak your mind and feel free, you're not instigating a fight, you're not asking for trouble, all you are doing is freeing yourself and looking for a much pleasant position, if you need to talk then talk, if you need to say something to someone then say it.
Even if you got rejected, even if you got disrespected at leas you were able to speak your mind and say what is in your heart.
