HOW TO OVERCOME A DEPRESSION?

Each one of us at one point in our lives has experienced depression. It is a negative feeling, it will make you weak and sick, you will like a quick sand is eating you little by little, you feel that there is no more hope and there is no way to get back on track.

But that's what you think, depression is very easy to overcome. You think that it's hard because you're having a self pity, you think that it's the end of the world because you're not taking actions.

The best way to overcome a depression is to just move, do something, stand up and avoid sleeping and eating. You need to feel the pain. Moving and thinking about your problems is better than not moving and thinking about your problems. If you're taking action then somehow you will be entertained a little bit.

Just move, that's the best thing to do. Do something positive, it's all in the mind. If you're moving and taking a lot of positive actions then you will have a direction. Pursue an impossible goal and die for it, grow as much as you can. You're becoming depressed because you're stuck in the past but you're living in the present. You should live in the moment and look at the future.

Never attach yourself to anything... that's the best way to look at it. Don't look at the results, look at the process. Work hard and never stop, always keep your hope alive.

Never try to impress anyone, never try to force something to go back to you, never expect perfection because those are the things that creates depression.

Stop sleeping a lot, stop eating a lot, stop watching dramas and stupid movies that will trigger the depression. You need to keep moving, you need to experience life. Process something, push yourself, you need to sweat and make yourself suffer a little bit. Do something that will make your life a little bit better and that's it.
