IF YOU THINK THAT YOU CAN ALWAYS GROW THEN YOU'RE ONE OF A KIND PERSON

It's all about striving to grow and believing in yourself that you can do better, believe yourself that you can still improve no matter what age you have.

Some people can't have an edge in life because they think that they can't grow anymore. Once they reach their late 30s they think that it's all over for their careers and they cannot make a significant jump anymore, they thought that they can't level up anymore which is a very sad thing.

If you're already 38 years old and some kids beat in you in a pick up game, what is the main reason? not because you're already wick and old, it's because you're not in a good condition, you cardio is weak because you're not running for months, you think that your level of game is done and you think that you cannot do anything about it anymore, you think that there's no more room fro growth in your life.

But what if you go back to training everyday again? what if you push yourself and make your stomach small? what if you think that you're getting better every time you train? what if you think that you're still growing and improving? what do you think will be the result?

Never think that the growth is over for you, you can still learn even if you're too old, never under estimate the power of will. If you really want to grow then you can still grow, you can still learn, you can still become very competitive. My father learned to drive his car at 62 years of age, he doesn't mind being laughed at, he doesn't mind being slow. He is an inspiration, he never think about his age. He just focus on what he can do and learn as much as he can.

You can learn anything if you have a mindset that you can always grow, it's because you will level up everyday, your body will follow your belief. You will get results even if your pace is too slow.

So every time you need to become stronger or better, every time you need to learn something... practice, study, put an effort. Age doesn't matter only belief does.
