7 REASONS WHY YOU ARE GETTING PRESSURED

No matter how good you are or how big you become... the pressure will always be there, it will never leave you. Even if you become successful and experience, the pressure will still make you feel that you're not invincible.

Pressure is there to make you grow so don't be afraid of it, don't be afraid to feel it... learn to embrace it and manipulate it. It will help you if you will perceive it as something that is healthy and beneficial. Pressure is your friend, it's not your enemy. It will put you on a sense of urgency, it will force you to move.

It can kill you or break you but you are the chooser of how you want it to strike you.

WHY ARE YOU GETTING PRESSURED?

1. You can't detached yourself from expectations. You think that you need to become perfect, you don't want to make mistakes, you're expecting too much, you're expecting perfection and easy path. You feel that a simple mistake is making you look stupid, you always think about the outcome, you are not enjoying the journey anymore.

2. You think you have a big name. There is an illusion that you have a name to protect, you care too much about your identity that's why you can't move and take risks. You are frozen because you don't want to commit any mistakes that will make people judge you as weak or incapable of dong something great. Never think that you're special, you're just an ordinary human being allowed to make mistakes, don't ever think that you have a name to take care of. Destroy your identity and set yourself free.

3. You want it so bad. You want it so bad that you already forgotten that it will never be yours forever. Once you have it... you will never be able to hold it forever, you only borrowed it. Once you die... it will never be yours anymore. It's ok to want it so bad but don't ever feel bad if you can't get it, don't ever feel that your world revolves around it.

4. You are thinking about other people. A performer will never perform well if he always think about the crowd and not focusing on what he is doing, he wants to please the crowd and if he can't see good reactions from the crowd... he cannot perform at this best, he is starting to sweat, he is not feeling the performance anymore, he is not in the moment.

5. You are playing not to lose. You are not pushing yourself because you don't want to lose, you are not taking risks anymore, you are playing safe... that adds more pressure to you because you see yourself losing but you still stick with your game plan... to play safe and not push. You will become more pressured if you will not give your best and push until the end. Pressure will eat you slowly little by little.

6. You are not patient. You want it right away, you don't want to undergo the process. If you can't see significant results... you feel the pressure even more. You need to take your time and feel what is going on... be patient, don't rush things because winning is about doing the right things on the right time and right pace.

7. You don't have a game plan. You just do it without preparing or having a strategy... you don't have a game plan to follow when everything is falling apart. Your mind turns into auto pilot and cannot make good decisions anymore because of the pressure. If you have a game plan then you will have a direction, you will follow something that will lessen the pressure.
