KILLING FEARS IN JUST 5 SECONDS

How to kill fears in just five seconds? stop thinking and start moving. Procrastination is a fear, looking for results is a fear. If you want to become fearless then stop holding yourself back and just do what you needed to do, as simple as that. Forget about perfection, forget about if you are too repetitive or not... just do something.

Establish a very strong work ethic, move fast, never stop for a second. If you will always think if you're right or wrong then that's the time when fear will start to become stronger and stronger.

Just like asking a hot girl on a date... stop thinking if she will like you or not, stop thinking about your insecurities and flaws, stop thinking about getting rejected. Just go and ask her, stop thinking about the outcome, you will get rejected, you will get humiliated. What matters is you try, what matters is you are giving your best.

Thinking builds fears, just pull the trigger and never look back. You will fail, that is a fact but you may also win. Are you just going to think if you will succeed or not? just throw yourself out there, never think about going down. Just execute as fast as you can. Whether you win or not is not an issue, just be yourself, give your best and use all of your energy to succeed.

Fear cannot disturb you anymore if you're taking actions. Focus on your journey, focus  on the process. Kill fear in just 5 seconds, count from 1 to 5 and then start taking actions after counting, you can even more just even before the countdown ends.

Fear is just an emotion, it's nothing but a feeling, it is just an illusion that becomes strong because you keep on worrying and looking for perfection.

You're not perfect, don't strive to become perfect... just do it.
