HOW TO WAKE UP EARLY (5 SIMPLE TECHNIQUES)

1. Sleep early. This is the best way to wake up early, turn off your computers, cellphones, television. If you want to wake up early then sleep early... as simple as that.

2. Use a very strong alarm clock. Your alarm clocks are not alarming you, it's not annoying you that's why you can survive it, you're not even opening your eyes once you hear it, it's not that strong, you need to buy a new alarm clock that will wake up the whole house, once you have it... for sure your mind will wake up too, you will no longer feel sleepy after hearing it, sound is a good tool to wake up your brain, the louder the sound... the faster you will wake up.

3. Scare yourself about the traffic and being late. Condition your mind before you sleep that you need to wake up tomorrow or else you will be late, scare yourself, fear is a good motivator, think about tragedy if you will not wake up early.

4. Make it a habit. Be consistent with the time that you're waking up, if it's 5 am then wake up everyday at 5 am, never change it, never add 5 minutes, stop using the snooze button. Make it a habit so you will not have problems in waking up early even if you didn't sleep well, once it is in your system... it will not be removed anymore.

5. Establish a goal. What is your goal for waking up early, always think about it, always think about getting it, if you have a goal then you will wake up automatically to get that goal. It can be promotion, more money or simply bettering yourself, if you have a goal then you don't need an alarm clock, if you're serious about it then you will give it more time, you will start working earlier each day.
