If you're really skilled and good at something... you need to impress everyone, you don't need to talk about your talents, they will be impressed at you if you're really impressive. You don't need to look like a trying hard, you don't need to force people to like you. If you really have the skills then they will love you.
If you're for real then you don't need to talk, something will work for you.
A lot of people just do something to impress people, they want appreciation, they want the clapping hands... it's just a waste of time because they really don't love what they're doing, they're just after the beautiful comments of other people.
If you're really good then stop trying to look good, it will come out naturally, it will come in the right time. You don't need to stage your actions, you don't need to rehearse, you don't need to plan what you will do... you will own the stage at the right time, you don't need to force it
Impressing people will only make you look weak, it will make you look stupid because you're not being natural, you're not being yourself.
