It's very simple... DISCIPLINE YOURSELF. It's hard but very simple, it's too basic yet most people can't do it because they're so addicted with vices and bad habits. They love junk food, laziness, video games, alcohol, gossips, social media, softdrinks, cigars, procrastination and any other pleasures that makes them weak. Actually, you don't need to do a lot, you just need to avoid sabotaging yourself and you will get stronger. People are too good in destroying themselves and in the end they will complain that life is too hard and the world is too unfair.
YOU WILL FEEL BETTER IF YOU AVOID PLEASURES
It is only hard in the beginning, it feels so difficult, it feels like a punishment but if you were able to master delayed gratification then your life will change, as simple as that. Your life sucks right now, you feel weak and depressed because you're fueled by ramen, soda, laziness, video games, junk foods, gossips, social media and any other things that kills your mentality and physical body. You will feel like a garbage if you don't stop your addiction to pleasures. It's very simple, avoid what is easy, fun and accessible. Avoid everything that entertains you but will make you sick and weak. You will feel better if you will avoid everything that leads to a miserable life. You know what it is, you know what to do. You just need to detach your happiness from these pleasures and your life will be good, you will get stronger and faster.
JUST AVOID BEING LAZY AND YOU WILL HAVE A BETTER LIFE
Look at yourself, are you lazy or working hard? if you're lazy then your life will go on a downward spiral. Laziness is next to ugliness, your life will get ugly, you yourself will get ugly, your environment will get ugly. Just like a lazy person who is not taking care of his house, it will get dirtier and uglier, nothing is beautiful. If you want to get stronger then work hard, discipline yourself to enjoy the things that are boring but really important for your growth.
IF YOU CAN CONTROL YOUR THOUGHTS THEN YOU WILL GET BETTER
Thoughts become actions, what you think will command you to take actions in sync with your present thought. So if you keep thinking about last then there is a high tendency that you will masturbate. If you keep thinking about the person you hate then there is a big chance that you enter a trouble, it can be on social media or with anyone that fuels your anger. Your thought creates actions, that's why a basketball player who is scared of taking the blame will never take the last shot. But if he is excited and passionate then he will take the risk. If you keep on thinking about money then you will find a way how to get money, your instincts will tell you what to do next that will create an opportunity to make money. That's why you need to train yourself how to think. If you keep on thinking about the past then it will make you depressed, it will make you inactive and lazy.
