Block all the information that doesn't help you. The definition of greatness now is focus, a lot of distraction nowadays and it's eating a lot of your time that you could have use for getting better. The stupid tik tok posts, the useless arguments, trends that only make you jealous and bitter, the news that is manipulating and poisoning your mind. Millions of information is trying to corrupt your mind, you are not suppose to know everything that is happening in the world. So what if your idol is depressed? that's her fault, she should stop using drugs and start focusing on what makes here mentally stronger like exercise and reading valuable books. So what if it is recession? you can never control the economy, the only thing you can control is your actions and thoughts, focus on what you can control and you will feel powerful, as simple as that. What makes you weak is your lack of focus, you always get distracted by something that is entertaining but garbage. Beware of these garbage because it will only make your life worse. You have to get better, you have to push yourself to improve and do something that is more meaningful with your life. The real power is controlling yourself, it's being disciplined and focusing on what will make you stronger faster, richer and smarter. Time is very valuable, you should start valuing it now so that your value gets higher, the more you waste it the lower your value go. It's time to get serious with your journey, if you will not take it seriously then you will become a clown forever, do you want that?
The celebrities, gossips, events, trends, stupid dance posts will never help you to get better unless you're going on that path too. You have to make up your mind and decide that you're not going to waste your time anymore, that's the start of becoming great. Use your time for yourself only, just try this for a year and see where it goes. If you want to have some respect for yourself then stay disciplined and focus, stay committed and give everything you've got. It is what it is, it's going to be hard and boring but being boring and serious is 100x better than being a clown that feels so entitled for success without having to work hard. It's a grind, it's a forever hustle, you need to become something better than who you are for you to attract better things. Believe more, do more and never quit, as simple as that. This is pretty basic, it's very easy to become successful nowadays because most people are distracted and soft. They quit easily when things get harder, they don' have focus because their phones are always distracting them and they are allowing it. They can't do anything about it anymore because they're too addicted and poisoned. They want everything, they want to experience all, they want to know all, a lot of things are making their minds confused and lost.
Just focus on what matters most and ignore everything that is destructive and useless. If you can do this for just one year without stopping then you will become a different beast, you will win, you will attract better opportunities, it's just a matter of committing and taking it seriously. become a doer not a consumer.
