Everyday, think that you are training yourself to get better. Be your own teacher or coach, be your mom that discipline you to get better and do your responsibilities. Be the leader of yourself, be the punisher who punishes you when you're lazy and always slacking off. Stop wasting time and do what can make you better. The little time you waste on your cellphone will multiply and it will be out of control, you think it's just a few minutes of down time or rest but when you add everything up you will be surprised with how much time you've been wasting everyday. If you don't discipline yourself something will control you. It can be food, social media, entertainment, gossips, useless topics etc. Something will control you and will corrupt your mind, something will make you weak and you will have a hard tie stopping it because you're already too addicted.
DISCIPLINE EQUALS PROGRESS
If you're not progressing it only means you have zero discipline in your body. You're not taking the process seriously, you're satisfied with surviving everyday or getting a little piece of cake, you're happy drinking softdrinks and posting on instagram how easy your life is. You have zero willpower, you have zero level of passion. Discipline equals progress, you will only make an impact if you're forcing yourself to do what needs to be done. Stop being a chicken when it comes to taking actions, just start, just do it and never stop. Stop what is making you slower and lazier, stop all the pleasures. Practice delayed gratification and you will get to the next level.
ZERO INTERESTS IN USELESS DRAMA
You are only wasting your time if you're giving a lot of energy for useless drama. The main goal of drama is to make you emotional and waste your time. It's not giving you anything to get better. Dramas is making you feel something that is not even related to your improvement, it's distracting you and you're getting more and more negative because of it.
ONLY THE DISCIPLINED SURVIVE
it's not the strong that always survive, it's the most discipline ones. You can become the strongest but if you have no discipline then you will vanish fast, you will get weaker fast. Unlike a discipline person, he never get weak, he never get lazy that's why he always sharp, healthy and working hard. Just like in work, you can become the fastest and best but if you have no discipline and always prioritizing your vices and wrong habits then you will mess up one day, you will get kicked because you're going down fast. Just like the best player in your team, he may have all the gifts of athleticism but if he doesn't take care of his body then for sure someone will replace him. You will only last if you're working hard everyday trying to get better. You will only survive if you will constantly practice delayed gratification and avoid all the pleasures that are only making you weak.
