If you want to get a little bit better then do more than yesterday, as simple as that. Push yourself to work harder. If you did 100 pushups yesterday do 110 now.
YOUR VALUE GETS HIGHER AS YOU GET BETTER
As you gets faster, stronger, better, tougher, smarter... your value gets higher. People will see it. This is a gameplan that will work forever, just improve and you will win. You will attract more opportunities if you're improving every single day. So repeat something a million times until you get expert on it, neve stop until you finally see greatness.
A LITTLE EXTRA EFFORT IS COOL
A little extra effort is better than not trying to improve at all. You don't need a lot of power to pull the trigger. You can take actions now, you can do it if you will just force yourself to do it. The key here is to forget about perfection, forget about making it right... just do it and never stop.
DO THIS FOR ONE YEAR
Never stop, never get lazy, just keep moving forward. Even if you are slow and not making any progress... just keep moving forward, if you can make this your lifestyle then you will become extraordinary. Nothing can stop you. Work hard for one year, don't watch porn, don't watch stupid tik tok hoes and just work as hard as you can. When you need to do something... do it no matter what. Stop being soft, stop being too anemic, stop trying to look cute all the time and go hard as much as you can.
NOTHING CAN STOP YOU
Do what you want to do. Do what you need to do, nothing can stop you. It's your life, you are the owner of it. You have enough energy to take the necessary steps to level up or accomplish something. What's stopping you is your thoughts and judgement. You think you're always wrong, you're always anticipating the problem. You are always judging yourself and the situation, you think of it as something hard all the time. But the truth is it's not really that hard, you just need to be patient and take it one step at a time. It's going to get harder if you delay it. So set a deadline and do it no matter what, do it even if it's too uncomfortable. Setting a deadline and taking it seriously will make you force to do what is needed in order to finish the task and get closer to your goal.
STOP HATING YOURSELF
If you got lazy yesterday, if you did a lot of mistakes... forgive yourself and move one. Stop thinking about what you could have done and focus on the now. Focus on doing something better now. Take it one step at a time. Step by step fix yourself, little by little work harder and focus on pushing yourself a little bit. Appreciate yourself and force yourself to do what is hard, do more, never give up, never rest, embrace the discomfort and keep going further.
