THE MINDSET OF A FINISHER

The mindset of a finisher is the same as the mindset of a fast starter. He just start and never stop, he's always looking for the kill. He doesn't mind starting anywhere or anytime, he is always looking forward to start and go further. He doesn't mind getting tired, he doesn't mind struggling, all he know is he have to finish what he just started. A finisher will sacrifice everything just to finish something, he will sacrifice his happiness, he will do the process even if it's really hard and frightening. 

ENJOYING EVERY STEP

Enjoying every step including the most difficult ones. Not caring about the future, not caring if there are millions of steps remaining. A finisher will go further no matter what. He loves every step, he loves grinding. He just knew that it's the only way to make any job easier... love every step. 

A finisher doesn't focus on the results, he is focused on the process. He is loving every step of the way and using all of his energy and thoughts for the present step. 

Adjust your attitude, learn to enjoy every step even if you can't stomach it. That's all you can do. If you're a garbage collector and you can't enjoy the smell of the garbage then you will quit your job. You have to enjoy the most difficult things, you have to enjoy what you hate in order to finish the job. 

Push further no matter what, have that mindset of just taking one more step after the other. Never stop, never slow down... keep hustling even if you're having a hard time. 

FOCUSED ON ANY KIND OF JOB

His focus is laser like, he has no intention of doing other things. He is so fast, so sharp and doing whatever it takes to finish the job. He doesn't mind feeling bad or lazy, all he know is he has to finish the task in front of him. You can see it in his eyes he is willing to go down the wire, he is willing to do the impossible and take control of the situation. He doesn't blink, he doesn't reset. All he do is work until the job is done.  

Never do something else, never give attention to any distraction that's not helping you to move forward. You have to have a tremendous focus of you want to become a finisher. Never mind if you're down, never mind if you're behind, never mind if you're late or already losing... just focus on finishing no matter what.      

Nothing can disturb a finisher, nothing can make him stop. All he know is he have to finish even if there are slot of temptations surrounding him. 

Avoid falling into the trap of distractions, avoid giving attention to things that will only waste your time and will never give you anything. To become a finisher you must have an insane discipline, you must forget everything that is not helping you to propel forward. You need to become faster, you need to stay locked in. 

Any job is easy if you will focus on it and move fast. Focus on what job you have, stay disciplined and never look for shortcuts. 

YOU WILL BECOME LIKEABLE IF YOU'RE A FINISHER

Everyone loves a finisher, everyone loves a person who can get the job done. So if you want to become a likeable person.. don't just start, learn to finish, learn to embrace the process until the end. All you have to do is take the next step after the other, it's all about taking steps over and over again. This should be your mindset, never mind if you're getting a lot what matters is you're giving a lot. 

Stop being like most people who are just good in starting but very poor in finishing. Get excited from the beginning to the end. Work hard from the starting line up to the finish line. Your work ethic should never change, your burning desire should not become weak even if there are lots of difficult challenges. 

Everyone hates a starter who is only good in planning and dreaming. Everyone can talk but not everyone can finish. Stop being a starter who is only good in making people believe, be a finisher who has a killer instinct. 

A FINISHER DOESN'T CARE

He doesn't care about the critics, he doesn't care about the people not liking his job. All he know is he has to finish. He is doing whatever it takes to finish. He doesn't care if it's already 4am in the morning, he doesn't care if it's his birthday today, all he know is he have to finish regardless of any kind of circumstances. A finisher will never care even if there is a lot on the line, he will just finish because it's his job, it's his mindset, it's his plan, it's who he is, he will never change, he was born to finish. 

So if you want to become a real finisher... never care. Never care if you're winning, never care about your emotions, never care about what other people are doing and just focus on what you do. Dedicate your life to finishing, always smell blood, always be ready to strike and conquer. 

If you care too much about what people are going to say, if you care too much about the results then you will never become a finisher. You will become doubtful of yourself, you will entertain a lot of negativity, this is not a good idea if you want to become a finisher. 

Never care about your feelings, never care if you're struggling or not and JUST FINISH THE JOB.

IT'S ALL ABOUT MOVING FORWARD

Very simple mindset, very simple technique it's simply about moving forward and nothing else. You have a job infront of you, you do it even if it is hard, even if it is impossible to finish... you finish it. You don't know the difference between hard and easy anymore, you just do it, you don't cherry pick, you just do it even if it will take forever
