People were scared of the word hardwork, it's because they really think that it's hard, they think that their energies will ran out, they think that it's a punishment. Hard work is not hard if you will think that it's just a play, if you feel like not working then hard work will never become a work. If you will learn to enjoy every action, every problem and every ups and downs of your work then you will never get tired, you can work forever. Just have fun even if you work is hard, enjoy every struggle, enjoy every step, forgive yourself if you're making mistakes, don't get hard on yourself every time you are failing and not doing anything right. Just works, show up and never wish for an easy way out, never wish for a half day. You should love your work, feel it every second, put it in your heart and you will become so happy, time will become faster, you will not even notice that the day is almost over. Hard work can become very easy if you will adjust your attitude towards your work, don't ever think that your employer is abusing you, don't ever think that the world is not fair to you and that you need to work more. If that's the only job you've got, if that's the only job you can do then why not enjoy it, have fun like a little child, challenge yourself to become better everyday, put some meaning to every step of your work, have a purpose while doing your work, focus on why you are doing it. Maybe you are doing it because of your son, or you want to buy a new underwear or simply just having a food on the table. Focus on why you are doing it, feel blessed that you were able to work.
Hard work pays off all the time, so feel happy if you are working hard because there is a reward waiting for you. If you really give your all then you will have everything you wish for.
AS LONG AS IT TAKES
If you really want it then you should really work hard for it, no days off. If it's real then it should never stop, it should keep going and going and going, you should do whatever it takes to win, as simple as that. As long as it takes, 5 years ten years or even eternity. It's not about winning or losing, it's about not giving up. This is not a race, success is not how fast you are, it's how persevering you are. Because at the end of the day... you still need to work even if you're already successful, don't think about retiring earlier... it is for lazy and dramatic people. Your life is not simply about having fun or traveling around the world, feel proud if you're still working at your 70s, it means you're stronger, it means you're still useful to the community. Work if you can still work, chase your goal even if it's taking too long to achieve it, you will make it no matter what. It doesn't matter what age you become successful, what matters is you are still trying and you never give up.
Don't be afraid to work forever, don't be afraid to work for so long. You have to work for as long as you need to, working is fun if you will change your perspective about it. Working will give you anything you want, so why will you complain about working? just start fast, enjoy the first step and apply the same grateful attitude throughout your work.
