DON'T FORGET THAT BEING SCARED IS ALSO BEING YOURSELF



Don't feel bad, don't feel ashamed of yourself if you're scared of the biggest moments in your life, don't feel so regretful if you didn't do well and wasn't able to express yourself because of your fears. It's ok that's normal, being scared is also being yourself, that's you on that moment, there's nothing wrong with you, that's already your best. Fear cannot be controlled, you can never command it to go away whenever you want to, it will stay there in your system for as long as it want to. All you can do is be in the moment, feel it, that's how to feel much better... feel fear and look it in its eyes. Never resist it, never act like a brave lion, admit that you are scared, admit to yourself and everyone that you're uncomfortable but be willing to still give your best. Focus on giving everything you've got despite of being scared, focus on being yourself and using all the skills or whatever knowledge you have in your bag. Never think that you didn't do enough, of course it's enough, that's how you feel at that moment, there's nothing to be ashamed of by doing less because of your fears. There's nothing to feel guilty about not giving your very best because of being controlled by fear. What's done is done, you can never go back to the past anymore. All you can do is accept it, learn from it and do better next time. 

YOU CAN STILL BE IN CONTROL DESPITE OF FEARS

You can feel stiffness, you can feel unease, you can feel not loose, you can feel shaky but you can still be in control. Use your willpower, stay aggressive, stay committed to what you want or what you want to happen. Never think about losing or anything negative. Stay focused on what you're trying to achieve, do more if you can, push yourself and that fear will go little by little. Because the more you stay passive, if you will not do anything about it then you will become slower, scared even more, you will become frozen. So the best thing to do is move now, start now and be fast in execution. Fear will become bigger if you're not forcing yourself to move. Stop thinking, stop creating negative images in your head and just do what you need to do. Hustle, use your body, use everything you can use and never stop. Fear is very good in freezing people, if you will not force yourself to do something then your momentum will die, fear will start to take over and there is nothing you can do about it anymore. The key here is to be aware that you're scared, be aware that you're not moving and just move, force your body to do something. Any small action is good enough to create some momentum. You don't need to become fast here, you just need to move and take it one step at a time. Never run away from your fears, face it, embrace it, eat it, be comfortable in being scared. Just because you're scared doesn't mean you can't thrive or win anymore, of course you still can. It's just a matter of using your willpower and not giving up, it's just a matter of adapting with your feelings, being one with how you feel and choosing to move forward still. 

YOU WILL BECOME TIRED FASTER IF YOU'RE SCARED

If you're not relaxed, if you're worrying about the future then you will become tired faster. You will run out of air, you will be out of control, the level of stress will go higher. The antidote to fear is breathing. Learn to focus on your breathing, breathing is life, breathing is energy, it will put you back on your default strength. Breathing will make your mind calmer, it will make your body more loose and faster. Don't forget to breathe every time you are scared and pressure, don't forget to fill your lungs with air. So try to relax every time you are scared. Be aware of what's going on, don't try to change the situation, don't look for comfort or a safe place... just feel everything. See the people around you, smile, fake your smile if you need to, let your surrounding feel that you are welcoming everything. Stand straight and never look down.

USE FEAR AS A COMPASS

It's a signal, where you are scared is the place you need to go. It's a sign that you must move, do what you are afraid to do and you will feel much better. You have the strength to face all of your fears. Facing your fears is already greatness, if you want to become great or legendary... face your fears, eat it like a lunch, devour it like you love it, make it your bitch. Fear is nothing, it's just an illusion that you created because of expecting too much from yourself, it's a feeling that buds in your system because you're thinking about the future too much. It's ok to think about the future but make sure you are entertaining positive thoughts. Never run away from your fears because you will regret it, make a stand, don't give up because it's hard, face the pain and never show any signs of weakness. 

LOVE YOURSELF EVEN IF YOURE SCARED

Most people hate themselves because they always feel scared. They're scared to express themselves, they're scared to say I love you to their loved ones, they're scared to fail, and in the end they are hating themselves because they can't do what they wanted to do. It's ok, learn to forgive yourself, there's nothing wrong with you, all you need to do is focus on doing what is needed. It doesn't matter what you feel, it doesn't matter if you're about to pee on your underwear because of fear... just do what is needed and do it fast. Fear will never go away, admit that you need to face it like a real man.
