SOMETHING THAT PUSHES YOU

There must be something that pushes you to work hard and do the best things for your life. It can be your mother, it can be your father, it can be a goal or something. Most of the time you're slacking in life, you're acting like you're already rich and you don't need to work anymore. This kind of mentality is breaking you down, it's giving you a miserable life. If something or someone is pushing you to move and the intention is good... allow yourself to be pushed. Don't resist because it's for your own good, you need to force yourself to take actions because if not then you will be on a downward spiral. Pushing creates progress, the harder you push the bigger the progress will be. Pushing yourself to the limits will reveal your true colors, you will see your full potential if you do this. 

WHAT IF NOBODY PUSHES YOU?

Then you need to push yourself, you need to be assertive, you need to move fast. Don't wait. It's your duty to push yourself and be the best that you can be. It's your obligation to become a better person and work as hard as you can to secure your place. Because you are going down if you're not pushing yourself, your life is on a downward spiral. It's your duty to take full responsibility of yourself, do what you have to do no matter what. Even if you feel lazy, even if you feel crazy, even if you feel heavy... just do it! Regardless of how you feel... do it. Push yourself to the limits, slap yourself if you need to. Just keep pushing till you can't push no more! The truth is you don't need anybody to push you, it's your obligation to move and work hard because it's for your own good.

FEAR CAN ALSO PUSH YOU

Some people were immobilized by fear but some people can move despite of it. Some people feels a sense of urgency when they feel fear. Fear is a good pusher, scare yourself of what might happen if you don't move. Entertain yourself of the idea about going down and living a miserable life if you don't work hard. Fear can make your body move, be aware if you're feeling it, stay calm and do what you must do. Imagine all the things that you will lose if you will not move, make a list of situations where your life sucks because you choose laziness. Fear can make you move fast, it will make you alert and alive. 

WHY PEOPLE ARE SO AFRAID TO PUSH?

Because they don't want to fail, as simple as that. They want their hard work to get rewarded, they don't ant to lose, they don't want to start all over again. They just wanted to win. And if your mentality is all about winning then you will never win, it's because you're so worried about not making it. Your mentality should be about the process and grind, it should be about focusing on what really matters and letting go of the junks in your head that doesn't help. Forget about success and just focus on working, this mentality will make you push even if you're tired. Make the push itself as the reward. 

KEEP PUSHING

You never know what may work, you have to keep pushing. Today can be your lucky day if you will give everything you've got, try everything and don't be afraid to fail, don't be afraid to get tired. Because at the end of the day, you will feel tired even more because you're not moving. Overthinking is the number one root of fatigue. if you choose thinking and worrying instead of taking actions then you your body will feel weak and heavy. Move even if you're having a bad day, move even if it's obvious that it's not going to work. Just make it a habit to move easily without judging your own actions and counting yourself out. Always believe in yourself and in everything that you do.
