THIS IS HOW TO FEEL INVINCIBLE

If you want to feel invincible... forget how you feel now and stay still. If you're so anxious, scared, overwhelmed... it means you're looking at the future, you're rushing things and you're not trying to feel right. You need to feel every negative emotion and forget if you're feeling bad or not. Sometimes you will feel like throwing up but you can change those emotions. And it can be done by not resisting it and just feeling it, embrace it and don't worry if you feel bad. If you can't find peace then embrace the hell right now just like what the saying does "if you're going through hell keep going" and the hell will be afraid of you. The key here is to stop being scared of any kind of emotion, if you can look on something eye to eye and you're not willing to back down until the end... it will be afraid of you. All you need to do is survive and everything will be alright.. as simple as that. You don't need to fight for anything, you don't need to panic, just stay where you are and be in the moment, stay still, be aware of what is going on, focus on your breathing and never give any meaning to what is happening. Just do what you need to do, do what you want to do and express yourself if you need to.

WHAT IS REAL INVINCIBILITY?

It's not about dominating, it's not about looking great or perfect, it's not about looking good, it's about willing to face and feel anything. Maybe you're scared but you're not threatened, you manage to stay calm and weather the storm until it's over. You are not rushing, you are not panicking, you don't care bout your emotions, in your mind all you need to do is give your best and forget about what might happen next. You can completely detach from anything, you can forget the outcome but you are still pushing yourself to get better results. It feels like nothing, you don't care anymore if you win or lose you don't care if you get embarrassed, you are not trying to impress or pleas anyone, you're focused on being yourself.

Real invincibility means you just don't care, you don't see any resistance, if you need to do something... you will do it regardless of the people who will try to stop you. You are moving fast, you are so cool even if you're afraid a little bit and you are enjoying every moment no matter how you feel. You just knew that even if you're so nervous now... you will feel better later if you keep on taking actions.

Invincibility means celebrating your life, being appreciative that you can stick to any kind of situation and still implement your will. You don't care about pain, humiliation, embarrassment, rejection or failure. All you know is you're going to win and get what you want regardless of the circumstances that my try to stop you.

YOUR MENTAL GAME IS EVERYTHING

Your mind can control any kind of situation, your mind can manifest anything, it can kill any negative emotion. Take care of your mind, it is your everything, it will dictate how far can you go, what occupies it will be your reality. So if you think you've been outclassed then you are, if you think you are out of place then you are, if you think you are losing then you are. If you can think right then just thin calmly. Just be aware of what is running inside of your head, if you can just put your mind on a neutral state then things will become easier. So level up your mind game, you can do this by persevering and disciplining yourself. You can strengthen your willpower by sticking to any problem or stress then feel nothing about it, keep moving forward while you are feeling it. You can make any negative emotion numb by not attaching anything with it. For example, if you're playing on a basketball team and you're down by a large margin of points your natural reaction will be you're shy to play because people were already making fun of you, you're not motivated to play anymore because you think you're already lost and embarrassed, the worse thing is you will become more exhausted because there is no more fun in playing because you already attached an image to what is going on. But if you will never think about losing and winning, if you will just play and enjoy the game then you will have a better chance to cut the big lead of your opponent because you don't care, you will just play and enjoy the game. You will never think about the time left on the game, you will never care about the crowd mocking your team, you will just keep moving forward and try to make something happen.

So build a very tough mind, always focus on what you can do. Never care if you're going to get hurt, for as long as you know that it will never kill you then you feel that it can only make you stronger.

DOING SOMETHING POSITIVE AND STOP OVERREACTING

You just do something positive, staying calm is doing positive, maintaining your composure is doing something positive. Sometimes you don't even need to move at all, you just need to still your mind and feel what is happening. Don't overreact, don't do something stupid, don't try to look like a fool just to cover up your weakness. Show them your weakness, show them that you're ok not doing good or feeling good, feel your system, feel your body and always believe that it's ok. Regardless of what may happen, regardless of what people say against you... you are ok, this is life, you can enjoy it winning or losing, you can have fun feeling good or not. Because overreacting and always putting yourself on a defensive mode will only make situations worse, you are trying to change how you feel and how people think of you by not being yourself, this is the dumbest thing you can do because you're looking like a clown even more, deep inside you feel weak. Being invincible means you don't care, you don't care if you got laugh at, you don't care if you already say some stupid things. Your focus should be living in the moment and focusing on what you really want.
