SACRIFICE ONE THING TO MANIPULATE THE RESULTS THAT YOU ARE GETTING

In order to get something bigger you need to let go of something, you need to reserve some space for your desires and wants. There is an energy needed to create something bigger than what it use to be. You need to sacrifice something, it's going to be hard and uncomfortable but if you manage to do this for a long period of time then you will say to yourself "glad I did it!". Sacrificing is simply stopping something to have more time and energy for something better. The more you sacrifice the more you will get more. Sacrifice is a very heavy word, it is scary because most people thinks it's pain. But the truth is it's nothing more than discipline, you discipline yourself and stop a habit that is not propelling you to move forward.

CHOOSE SOMETHING TO SACRIFICE

It is what it is, if you really want to go to another level then you need to cut something that is not serving you in your life. Something that is fun but is useless, you can only manipulate the results of your life if you're willing to face the discomfort and do what is necessary, change your bad habits or stop it so you will be able to force to do something that can produce better results in your life. You don't need to cut it away forever, you can test it today and see if you are getting better results by cutting it. It's hard to cut something that you love but you have to look at the bigger picture here, it's only hard in the beginning because its' already in your system but look at the benefits that you will get by sacrificing... you will have a much better life.

IDEAS OF WHAT TO SACRIFICE:

1. TV - Cutting at least 3-5 hours of watching TV will make a huge difference in your life. You can do a lot with 3-5 hours of work. Not all but most of the programs in television were trash and is only using you for advertisement purposes. Television is fooling you, it's eating a lot of your time and you don't recognize it.

2. Sleep - You're sleeping too much and this makes you feel tired even more. You think you're resting by trying to sleep for a very long time but the truth is you're only making your body weaker even more. If you will sleep for more than 8 hours a day then you're wasting a lot of time, your body becomes weak and it's becoming your habit to sleep for longer hours even if you don't need it. 5-6 hours of sleep is good enough. Some people makes a lot of excuses that they don't have enough sleep that's why they can't perform well. But the truth is if you really want it then you will find that energy to keep going even if you're not feeling well.

3. Social media - This is another good time waster. It's also making you attached with something that you don't like. Social media programs your mind and you don't know it. You are dealing with other people's dramas, you're becoming more negative, you're wasting a lot of time on games and gossips, the worst thing is you're becoming a hater because of this platform.

4. Daydreaming - You're dreaming too much about your crush, you want to go back in the past, you're dreaming of becoming super rich and controlling your life, you're dreaming about having a good life and dating your childhood crush. But the truth is none of those things will happen if you're just daydreaming, you've got to be taking actions now.

5. Chocolates I know this is hard to do but if you will just try eating healthy for one day or one week then you will have more energy. It's ok to eat some junks but make sure you are also moving and staying active. But if you're not moving at all and all you do is sit on your desk then you're in big trouble. You will run out of energy fast, you will become slower and weaker. You need to cut a little bit of junk in in your system, this will create a small change but will lead to a bigger change if you stay consistent and serious about it.

6. Spending too much time with your friends. If you're too much invested with the life of your friends and you love them so much then you are losing more time for yourself. You will never chase your dreams anymore because you're much more interested with their lives rather than trying to make your own life better. Your friends will never leave you if they are real friends, you don't need to see them everyday or every week, you can still be close to them even if you're just seeing them sometimes.

7. Too much hobbies. I know it's cool to learn a lot and experience a lot but having a lot of hobbies will drain your energy, you will never be able to focus on your dreams because you will get lost. A lot of things will try to eat your time and sometimes you will get overwhelmed by it. Cut some of your hobbies and focus on what you like the most. Remember that you are trying to free more space for the more important things that will get results. Even if you really like one of your hobby, you need to drop it because it's too time consuming and not giving you anything in return.

You have to be aware of what's draining your energy and eating a lot of your time, you have to have no regrets when you drop one thing in your life, don't worry because you can still pick it up later when you already have a strong momentum and were able to create a stronger foundation. You can come back on it when you're already established and strong but for the meantime you need to forget about it and create a good habit first.

Be honest with yourself, admit if something is eating a lot of your time and making you useless and not so productive. If it's a video game then it's a video game, you need to smash you game console with a baseball bat and face the pain of not being able to play with it anymore. You want to change right? so embrace discomfort and forget one thing that gives you so much joy. Entertainment is good while your life is still good, but once you get addicted with a useless entertainment... you're in big trouble, your future will be in jeopardy and it will be very hard for you to escape a hard life because you've been doing it for so long.
