Be aware if the power of your mind, everything that is recorded in your mind can manifest in your reality. Your subconscious mind is where everything in the past was recorded. All the traumatic events, failures, victories, embarrassments, movements, success, love, hate, information, data, fear, memory. etc. Basically every pattern of thought that was built because you feel something towards a particular subject or event were all stored in your subconscious mind that's why it is very powerful and you can use it to make yourself victorious.
Subconscious mind is the main reason why winners keeps winning and losers keeps losing, rich becomes richer and poor becomes poorer. We are all trapped in the pattern of our subconscious mind, because every information and reaction will be triggered by something and it will come out in your reality. That's why traumas were very hard to cure, it's because it has a strong emotion attached with it in the past and it is all stored in your subconscious mind. So if a person is afraid to fail it means something in the past hurt him emotionally or physically so bad after failing. If a person is afraid to try it means there is a resistance in his subconscious mind that is preventing him from trying, maybe his parents were so expectant if him winning it all and they were punishing him every time he fail. If person is afraid to fall in love again it means he was badly hurt in the past and he already lost his trust to other people.
So if you keep on losing and you're stuck in a mud and you don't know what to do, it only means there is something wrong in your subconscious mind and you need to reprogram it. You can do this by choosing a thought that you are willing to repeat over and over again. It can be words or images, it should be positive and will make you feel good every time you remember it. What you constantly repeat inside of your head will be your reality, it will overpower anything, it will erase all of your fears very time you feel it. Your dominant thought is the shaper of your destiny, it's the commander of your life.
And that is why some people who were talented can't win during pressure times, it's because in their subconscious mind they were so afraid of losing, and that's why they will not move and give their best because they were so afraid of making mistakes. And that is why they already lost just before they even try, their subconscious mind is in control and they don't know how to control it, they were thinking the wrong way whenever there is something that triggers their subconscious mind. For example, when a shy guy is trying to impress girl, when someone laughs at him or the girl laughs at him he will stop trying, it's because he feels he is embarrassed, he feels that he was already rejected because that's what he believed in the past or maybe a girl laughs at him in the past and he thought of it as something bad and embarrassing. He interpreted it as something bad and downing, he feels that he got rejected already even if the girl was just really laughing and thought of him as someone who's funny.
If you store a lot of frightening memories into your subconscious mind and it shows up automatically when something triggers it, you can also store a lot of motivating and inspiring memories even if it hasn't happen yet in real life. Your brain cannot determine what is real or not, it can only process information that was stored in it. So if you can just visualize an event over and over again then it will be stored in your subconscious mind forever and you can use it whenever you're in a state of fear, you can use it as a weapon to overpower your fear and make yourself courageous.
IT WILL WORK JUST MAKE SURE TO REPEAT OVER AND OVER AGAIN
It may not work for one day, a week or a month but it's already make an impact as the time goes on, all you have to do is repeat over and over again. Repetition is the key to mastery, you need to incorporate it into your lifestyle if you want it to work. You've been programmed by fear all the time, you're thinking about the past, you're entertaining a lot of traumatic events that's why it's manifesting int your life again, you are bringing it into life again and you didn't know it. Always remember that your subconscious mind is automatic, you are not aware that you are using it, and that is why it's using you, it's the one who's in control. Feed your subconscious mind with the right thoughts so that your fears will be overwritten, saturate it with ideas and events that you want to manifest in reality. Repeat your ideal self over and over again until you believe it. You will become successful, a winner, your life will change if you were able to control your subconscious mind. Remember that the more you repeat the more powerful your subconscious mind will be, just believe in the process, it will not happen overnight but the moment you start it... it's already happening little by little. All you have to do is sustain it and never stop doing it.

Whenever I am scared, I stay calm and I keep repeating the phrases in my head "I don't care", "it's an opportunity for me to grow", and my fears go away, as simple as that. The resistance go away, the stress go away and I am being myself again, everything is in control again. Whenever I am in pain, all I do is stay calm because that is what I believe, that is what's embedded on my subconscious mind and the pain starts to go away slowly and naturally, I don't need to drink medicines anymore.
Whenever there is a pressure building up from a particular event... be mindful that you are scared, accept that you are scared, stay calm and summon the affirmations that you recorded in your subconscious mind that is attached with that event, use it as your weapon, use it to control yourself and the situation.
Play this like a game, experiment with yourself, experiment with your brain. You can become very powerful if you use your subconscious mind properly.
