20 SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE WAYS TO CREATE REAL HAPPINESS

Happiness today is very hard to achieve for many. Most people were depressed, most people were looking for something that they cannot see. They think that happiness is very hard to achieve and they complicate their lives by trying a lot of things that were outside of their values. They were trying so hard and not being themselves anymore, they were too much concerned about their self image and that's why a little bullying is making them depressed. Happiness is free, you can feel it now, you don't need to buy it. Some people are buying their happiness and that's why they end up being sad in the end, if your happiness needs money or appreciation from others then you're in big trouble.

Here are the 20 simple and effective ways to create real happiness.

1. Love yourself. Spend more time for yourself and less for others. The reason why you can't become happy is because you're giving too much of your time for free. And that is why you're always lost. You're giving it to social media, you are wasting a lot of your time for the problems of others, you're worried about your idol getting injured, you're gossiping about a nasty person that is not even thinking about you at all. If you really love yourself then you must give more time for yourself, enjoy yourself, enjoy what you do. You can become happy with your life if you will treat yourself more. Groom yourself, stop being affected by other people's problems. Self love means focusing on your life more and doing the best you can to make yourself happy.

2. Be passionate on something. If you want to be entertained then get entertain the right way. Be passionate on something that will give you something in return. Be passionate in sports, arts, business, music etc. Focus on something that will make your time fly, this will add another chapter to your life. Developing a skill is fun, it will create forever happiness, the more you good on something... the easier for you to become happy because you can diver your sadness into work. You can even become passionate on a skill that is not widely use by a lot of people, whatever triggers the fire in you to work... do it.

3. Focus on your own journey. Never compare yourself to others. Everyone has a different journey, still be happy with your own journey even if it's not going well. Every bad things that happened to you is still part of your life. Stop feeling sorry for your life because you're not doing well. If you are focused on your own journey then it will become easier to become happy because you will learn more about yourself, you will discover a lot about your own life and that will excite you very much. Minding your own business, it doesn't matter if some people were doing better than you, you have your own life, you can do whatever you want with it. What they achieve and getting is out of your life. Focus on your own journey and you will experience more happiness because you are doing it your way.

4. Forget what other people say. Anything they say against you were purely just an opinion, it may be real or not real but if what they say is making you feel bad then it means you're weak. You know yourself better than others, you know if you're really doing well or not. Forget what other people say and you will become free, it will be easier for you to attract happiness because you can express yourself all the time.

5. Be the best version of yourself. You don't need to become great or the greatest, you just need to be the best version of yourself. People are sad because they knew they have a lot of potential but they can't even try to make themselves a little bit better. Focus on evolving everyday, progress creates happiness, once you see yourself evolving bit by bit then your confidence will go high, and it is easier to become happy if you are very confident.

6. Learn to love others unconditionally. If you will give love then learn how to give it unconditionally and don't ask to be loved back. Just love the person who deserves your love and never feel bad if they can't give you back what you gave to them. Loving without expecting something in return creates happiness, you will feel peaceful, you will feel that you did something good.

7. Focus on what gives you happiness not fake happiness. What gives you real happiness? it's your family and true friends, it's your work and values. Fake happiness is trying to become popular on social media, buying stuffs that you don't even need, doing something you don't even like just to say your're part of the elite club. Fake happiness is trying to fit in and trying to look cool. Real happiness is simply focusing on the people that you can't afford to lose.

8. Just be yourself. You can't be happy because you're trying so hard trying to impress people that you don't even like. And if people can't appreciate you then you become sad and feeling unappreciated. If you will just be yourself then you will become happier because there is lesser pressure to look good. You will become happier if you're not trying to look impressive. Being yourself is power, only few people can do it. Sometimes doing nothing and being quiet is already being yourself, you don't need to look like a clown and get attention from other people, just being yourself no matter how boring you look is already a form of self expression.

9. Make your life simple. Being simple can attract happiness easily. Just a simple joke, simple birthday celebration, simple things, simple gesture from other people should make you happy. A simple life with simple things, routine, habits and friends can already make you happy. You don't need to complicate happiness. Learn to love simplicity and try to evolve from it, meaning appreciate the small things and be open to bigger things.

10. Be in the moment. You're sad because you're worrying too much about the future, you want your life to become perfect. You want to get all the things you need so that you won't worry anymore. But life doesn't work that way, even if your life is perfect now... there will still be problems later. All you need to do is embrace the moment now, appreciate it and stop being afraid of what might happen in the future. You don't need to fast forward life, just live it. Good or bad things, accept it. Live in the moment so that you will experience more of life. Because you are missing a lot of things by making your brain fly away, you are physically present but mentally absent.

11. Stop thinking negative. Make your mind healthy because it's your foundation, it is the strongest pillar of your happiness. If you're always thinking negatively then it's impossible for you to become happy. It's all in your thoughts. Think positively and your emotions will change, the chemistry of your body will change, you will start to glow and feel much better.

12. Just do something. You become sad because you're lazy. You're inviting depression and worries every time you procrastinate, your mind will never think or operate properly if you're always stuck on your chair. You have to be moving, work hard and you will feel a little bit happy. Stay busy and you will forget your problems. You will even become proud of yourself if you really work hard today, it will give you satisfaction and raise your self esteem. Working hard will give you something in return, it can give you happiness or other things that are positive. Surveys says 80% of the people who are working hard were so happy with their lives. So keep moving and just do something, you will never regret that you do what you are suppose to be doing today.

13. Stop trying to make everyone else happy. The truth is... you can never please anyone and you have to accept it, the more you do this... the more you will become sad. It's because their sadness will become your sadness, you will become soft because you don't want to disappoint anyone, having this kind of mentality will make you prioritize the feelings of other people instead of putting how you feel on the top of your list. You will have more problems if you're trying to make everyone happy, never mind how they feel, if you want to make other people happy then just try to inspire them, radiate your happiness towards them but don't ever do everything to make them happy, you will become a slave if you do it and that will bring more sadness and problems into your life.

14. Acceptance. Forget your ugly past, forget the people who hurt you, forget all of your failures and wasted time. Accept your situation now and try to make it better. Accept that there is nothing you can do about what happen anymore. Accept your fate, accept your life and do everything you can to turn around your life. Accept that life is not perfect and there will always be some people who will treat you bad, accept that life really works in mysterious ways and all you can do is embrace what life throws at you. Learning to accept what is will make your life easier, you will not question different things anymore, you will learn how to move on and face the next chapter of your life.

15. Create a philosophy that will save you in times of troubles. My own personal philosophy is embrace the situation, adapt, work hard and stop being needy. This philosophy saves me all the time, it is giving me the right mental approach to anything that is making me suffer. I will just work hard whenever I don't have money. I will just adapt if I am lost and overwhelmed, I will just embrace any kind of situation because resisting it will make it even worse. And most of all I stop being needy of appreciation, sympathy, help and any other things that are not coming from me. I learn how to trust myself whenever there is something bothering me. My philosophy is very simple but it makes me feel secure all the time because I knew I can use it whenever I have a problem.

If you have a philosophy that will block depression, worries and self pity then it will be easier for you to become happy. Happiness will manifest if you're on the right state of mind instead of getting lost right away because someone or something bothers you.

16. Stop being needy. The truth is... you don't need a lot to become happy, you just think you need it because you feel it will give you good emotions. But the truth is you don't need anything, you just need yourself. Stop being needy of other people's attention, stop being needy of things that you don't need. Being needy and always asking for something is the ugliest trait you can ever have. Just being happy with what you have and what you can do will make you powerful, it's because your happiness doesn't depend from external things and people outside of you.

17. Learn to value your time. Crying, whining, making dramas, blaming other people, getting jealous with other people's success, focusing on other people's lives... these are just time wasters. You can't be happy by doing these things. Value your time because it is limited, you need to make the best out of it and use it the right way so you will become happier and have no regrets in the end. Stop using your time for useless things that will not even make you grow, valuing your time will create happiness because you will see yourself evolve instead of going down.

18. Stay still. If your mind is really cluttered with negativity and you can't think right, if your life is on a downward spiral and you feel there is nothing you can do to change how you feel... stay still, staying calm is power, put your mind on a neutral position so that sadness will go away and happiness will come later. You don't need to freak out whenever things are not going on your way, stay still because not all the time you are having a bad time, good times will come later. Your emotions will change, the right thoughts will enter your brain and you will become happy again.

19. Remember only the good memories. Happiness starts in your mind. A happy person is someone who can entertain the happiest thoughts. He can even process a simple thought and give it another meaning, something that is happy. So remember the good memories from the past, forget the bad memories. You can do it, it's just a matter of conditioning your mind. You can filter out traumas, bad events, failures, heartaches. Replace it with memories about success, love, victory, happy moments, funny stories. Fill your mind with the right thoughts and you will become much happier than before.

20. Count your blessings. There are plenty of blessings in your life, you just can't see it because you're looking too far away. If you want to become happier then start in your foundation, be happy where you are, look at your life... you have a lot but you can't see it. There are many people dying to have your life so appreciate your life and make the best out of it. Count your blessings and never take anything for granted.
