True happiness means you are trusting yourself, you are trusting yourself that you and only is the only one that can make you happy. Not other people, not your partner, not expensive things... you alone can make yourself happy. While some other things and other people can make you happy for a short time, when all things are said and done... you will still look for real happiness and you can only see it by looking at yourself and knowing what you really want in life.
Your true happiness can be something that is already inside of you, it can be a simple idea, a simple routine, a simple thing. Your true happiness is not very hard to get, all you have to do is go for it and it's already yours. Even if it's not yet in your hands... if you will go for it and be bold in taking actions then it will be yours one day.
True happiness cannot be fake, it doesn't come from other people, it doesn't come from a perfect situation, true happiness lies within you, it is already inside of you, you just have to know it.
