You created stress by focusing on the things that you don't want to happen, you feel badder because you don't want to face it. You already knew that it is uncomfortable but you are still complaining about it, you don't want to look it in its eyes.
Stress is just an illusion. The traffic, was it really a stress? yeah it sucks being stuck on a traffic but you can still smile during that ugly moment, you can still sing, you can still think about something else. But you think that it's too difficult, you think that you're having a hard time. You want to go home right away which will never happen, and that creates the stress even more. You make it big by complaining too much, you are blaming the government, the huge buses, the undisciplined drivers, the small road. You are blaming everything and that makes the stress a reality.
It's all in your mind, if you are willing to embrace any difficulty then you will be able to lessen the stress in your life. If you can't change something then just accept it, learn to enjoy it. If you can't take it anymore then leave, what are you waiting for? pack your bags and go to a different place, let's see if you can become happier by doing that.
Stress becomes real because you are fighting it, you are cursing, you are thinking deeply, you want to solve it but you can't do anything about it. Just breathe, stop thinking and stress will go away, go with the flow, do what you need to do.
Be appreciative and all the stress will go away, if you can do something about it then do it, create your own solution but if you cannot do something... then simply accept it, don't bark like a dog who will never do anything. Don't make noise, stop adding stress to the environment.
You are the one who created your own stress, you are not prepared, you are expecting too much.
Expecting perfection and comfort is the number one stress maker, if you expect that everything will b easy then you already created stress. Life is difficult, get use to it.
