REPEAT IT UNTIL IT BECOMES COMFORTABLE

It's really uncomfortable in the beginning, if you're trying something new... it is really uncomfortable, you may wanted to quit right away, you don't want to do it anymore.

Any new process, technique or habit... it gives you tremendous amount of discomfort. It is normal, it means change is taking place, it means you are welcoming a new life. It's like a baby trying to eat, it's like a fresh college graduate looking for a job, if you are growing then it means you're struggling.

What you need to do is repeat it everyday, repeat it over and over again until it becomes comfortable, until it becomes part of your routine. Never be scared to feel bad again and again because it will make you feel good in the future, you will get what you want, you will create your own timing and rhythm... everything will become easier.

Repetition is the key to success, repetition is the key to comfort and speed. You will become faster and confident if you repeat something a million times. Pick something and repeat it for one year, you will see the greatness inside of you, you will operate on a different level.

Embrace discomfort, it only happens in the beginning, if you already memorized the steps then you can do it with eyes closed, you don't need to think about it anymore, it's like riding on a bike without being scared if you will fall. You keep on pedaling until you reach your destination, everything is easy, everything doesn't need a strong effort.

It's like installing something to your system, you don't know it, it's hard but once the initial stage is done... you already know what to do next, you already know what is going on and you have developed a technique that makes it easier.

Repetition is preparation, repetition is assurance. Repeat it again and again until you become bored at it, once you are bored it means it is very easy already, it means you are experiencing a level of comfort.
