Make a very strict deadline for your goal. You're so slow that's why you need it, you're so addicted to procrastination, you want fast results but you're super lazy, that kind of mentality will lead you to nowhere. You need to be super serious about your goal if you want to achieve it.
Push yourself, never quit, just do something that you think will make you progress. Follow the strict deadline no matter what, never make an extension because it will only give you comfort that will create laziness in your system.
Make a punishment if you will not follow the deadline, punish yourself, make sure you will follow the punishment. If you will not scare yourself then nothing will happen to you.
