Pretend that everything is alright, never try to make it a big deal if there is something wrong, it's all part of your life. There will be scary moments, there will be danger, you will smell defeat, you will sense that you're in trouble. It is what it is, you need to embrace everything that is happening or else you will feel bad even more.
You can always feel good even if there is something wrong, you can fake your feelings, you can create a state that is more useful than fear.
You can still feel happy and hopeful even if there is discomfort, you can still feel good during pressure times, you can still feel brave even if the scary moments were right in your face. It's called embracing ever moment whether it is good or bad.
Nothing will be perfect, nothing will be smooth, life is just like that... it's full of surprises and discomfort. If you're too sensitive and perfectionist then you will never survive this world. You will always feel bad, you will always feel like a victim.
Every time you feel bad about something... feel good about it, fake the emotion, pretend that you're happy and you will be really happy.
