Set yourself free every time you're scared, learn to let go, detached from expectations, detached from perfection and comfort. Just feel loose, stay calm... never think about danger, never think about what will happen next. Breathe, relax, stay calm and everything will be alright.
You're scared because you're stunned, you're stunned because you don't expect it. Or maybe you're already anticipating it but you don't know what to do when it is there.
All you have to do is accept what may happen, try to give your best every second but accept that you may lose, get embarrassed, get humiliated, feel fear even more or see an ugly result.
