WEAK EFFORT PRODUCE WEAK RESULTS

Are you really putting in the effort? are you really exerting a very strong effort? if yes then why are you complaining? why are you mad? if you are really doing your very best then you will produce extraordinary results, you will produce what you are expecting but if not then it means you are exerting a very weak effort, your energy is too low, you don't want it bad enough.

Be faster than yesterday, be motivated than yesterday, be stronger and do more, double or triple your effort. If nothing is showing still... quadruple your effort if you can. It takes another level to produce a different result, it takes another kind of energy... something that you haven't tried yet.

Rest a little bit if you're tired but don't ever give up, stop making excuses or else it's game over for you. Practice to exert a very strong effort everyday, always practice to give everything you got. Never exert a low effort or else you will get less too. What you are giving is what you are receiving, if you are exerting a weak effort then you will get a weak result.

You can make all the excuses in the world but if you can't produce a result then those excuses are still invalid, it is a lie, you are only creating it so that people won't call you weak or lazy.

Be real, you know what is real or not, you know it in yourself, you know if you really work hard for something. You can't be just telling everyone that you give your best but it wasn't just for you. That is a weak mentality.

What if you go all out today? what if you focus on something and never give up until you get it? what do you think will be the outcome? was it different from yesterday?

Destroy all the weakness in your body, destroy all the laziness and procrastination, start exerting a strong effort now and expect to get huge results.
