YOU DON'T WANT TO BE SCARED THAT'S WHY YOU'RE ALWAYS SCARED

The reason why you are scared everyday is because you don't want to become scared. You are refusing to feel fear, you shy away from threats. You want comfort, and excuse me... let me remind you again that wishing for comfort means inviting more fears in your life, looking for perfection means you don't want to take risks which is even scarier.

You don't want to experience fear that's why it's always coming after you, you don't want to make mistakes that's why you always make mistakes, you are not loosing yourself, if you're conservative and stiff then you will make mistakes even more.

You're so scared of traffic, you're so scared of suffering, you're so scared of stress and tension, you're so scared of failing, you're so scared of critics... why? because you don't want to become scared in the very beginning, you don't want to feel it, every time you think about things that you don't like... you don't want to feel the feelings behind it, you don't want to feel the emotions if you do it.

At the end of the day... you will still become scared of something, we will all become scared, why not scared yourself now so you will be a little bit familiar with fear. If you familiarize yourself with fear then you will not become scared of being scared anymore, you will just embrace the feeling and move forward.

Discomfort is what will make you tough, feeling the fear is what will make you courageous, accept that fear will not go away, accept that you will really feel bad at any given moment. Fear is just an emotion, it will make you feel bad but it will never kill you, it can only make you feel better.

Always prepare yourself to become scared, once you feel it... always be aware that you are feeling it and embrace it, soon it will go away.

Fear is a feeling that will make you grow, always treat it as your vitamins, take it everyday.
