If you will entertain fears then you will struggle even more, you will have a hard time moving, you will feel that there is something stopping you, you will feel heavy, the fear will grown even more and it will start to take over. You will be out of control, you don't know what to do anymore.
If you can't feel good then just don't think, stop thinking, just live life. Breathe, fear will be scared of you if you don't care about it, it will make you feel bad but it will never control you if you're ok that it's in your system. You will be scared every once in a while but that fear will not sty in your system forever if you will focus on what you are trying to accomplish.
Forget about what is happening, forget the people around you, just do what you need to do, forget about people's reactions or comments, if you need to do something... make it happen.
Fear is not real, it becomes real because you're anticipating it, you also want comfort, you are not willing to struggle that's why you're struggling even more.
Let go, learn to detach yourself from expectations and perfections, embrace what is going on. If something is pushing you or making you feel bad... stay relax, stay still, stay calm because everything will be alright.
So if you don't want to struggle even more... let your mind breathe, stop entertaining negative thoughts, always think that you can do it, always think that everything will be alright and that's it.
