HOW TO RECOVER FROM A PAINFUL DEFEAT

1. Look for what you've learned. There is always a lesson in defeat, if you can find that lesson then it will be very easy for you to recover. You will feel good because you know that  you still gain something and you level up as a person. There is always a lesson, look for it and remember it each day so that next time when another challenge come... you know what to do, you know how will you react in every situation and you already know how to win.

2. Always remember that there is another chance. You can always try again, there is another chance, there is another try. Make sure that you will do better next time, make sure that you will never take anything for granted anymore. Your chances will never ran out so head up and continue working hard until for the next challenge.

3. Keep working again. If you can work again... do it, do it right away so that you will forget the painful defeat that you've tasted. Work can make you recover so fast, work as hard as you can so that you will be able to entertain yourself.

4. Focus on the positive side. Just focus on the positive side, I am very sure that defeat will do something good in your life. It will make you a better person. And most of all... there are some other things where you can place your focus so that you will never think about that defeat again.

5. Treat yourself with food or nice shoes. Buy the things that you want or the food that you want so that your sadness will ease a little bit. There are many things to be thankful of, don't let the defeat make you unable to see the good things in life. You can treat yourself so that you will be a little bit happy.

6. Treat it as a no big deal. Defeat becomes even more painful because you treat it as a big deal. It is nothing, it is just another day in your life. Defeat doesn't define your legacy. They way you feel about it is what is destroying you. If you can treat it as nothing then you're in the best position to move on.

7. Confide with the closest person in your life. Say it you your wife, say it to your best friend, say it to your mom or sibling. If you can express how you feel then you will feel better and someone will give you words of encouragement to forget what happened.
