You need time for you to become great. You need a lot of patience because that is what success is all about... patience. A lot of people can't become successful because they don't have patience, because all they care about is fast results, they don't want to wait longer, they want it right now even though their work is not enough. Patience will create intelligence because the longer you work, the more you will become experienced, the more you will gain knowledge.
You really need to wait because it's the best thing you can do, work while waiting, make yourself better while waiting. Frustration is all in the mind, not getting results is all in the mind.
Successful people became successful people because they have a lot of patience, they take their time and they were not rushing.
Look at the doctors, attorneys, philosophers and business tycoons... they don't care how long it takes to get their dreams, they keep learning everyday and become the best that they can be. They always knew they will become successful one day.
So if you want to become great... be patient as much as you can. Never rush things, never get frustrated if you're not seeing any progress.
