Watch yourself because nobody will watch for you. Watch what you've been doing, thinking, focusing and chasing. Watch your actions, watch your thoughts all the time because your thoughts will force you to do something that is related to it. So if you're thinking negatively then chances are you will do something negative that will destruct you. You are good in sabotaging yourself, that is your biggest talent that is why you can't advance in life. You don't need to become great, you don't need to become promising, you just need to stay disciplined and focused. It is hard but it is too simple and very rewarding. Always remember that you are doing this for you, you are not doing this for anyone else. Every time you focus and practice delayed gratification you are giving yourself a leverage, you are doing yourself a favor because you are getting better. You may not see the results fast but you are slowly progressing and a slow progress is better than no progress at all. You're already improving every time you are moving so never stop moving forward. Take care of yourself, handle your business. Go hard and never hold yourself back.
URGE IS A SIGN TO FOCUS
The urge to click that the urge to watch that, the urge to eat that, the urge to buy that, you must control your urge if you want to control your life. There must be limit to everything, there must be a strict protocol in your life if you wanted to win. Success is not about talents, it's simply about being disciplined and having the right habits to become successful. You will never take over if you have a mindset of being satisfied with the left over. The world is waiting for you, greatness is waiting you just need to chase it. Control your urge and you will never become weak again. Mental strength is simply making sacrifices and choosing what is hard, your mind gets stronger and stronger every time you deprive yourself of something that is making you weak and slow. Progress already happened when you choose to take action over procrastination. Be mindful, urge is a sign that you need to focus on things that are helping you to advance. There will be no progress or improvement if you're always biting the trap of mediocrity. You can predict life, look at what you're doing... next of it is the effect. So if you're lazy today then tomorrow is a 100% guarantee that you will become broke. If you didn't eat right today you will feel really bad tomorrow, if you didn't train hard today you will never win tomorrow. What are you doing will have an effect on you and that is guaranteed. Making sacrifices produces big results, doing what is hard produces power and momentum. You have to control yourself and master delaying gratification. The truth is you're rewarding yourself too much even if you didn't do any kind of work. If you want to get stronger then make your mind stronger, it will only happen by controlling your urges and stopping everything that sabotages your life. Make a stand control yourself and never go back to your old bad habits again. Strengthen the healthy habits, make the momentum stronger and never let any stupidity slip away from your defense. Guard yourself, watch every though and actions, watch every decisions that you made. You will only control your life if you will watch yourself all the time. It's ok to feel uncomfortable, it's ok to feel tired because at least you are progressing. Focus is the key, once you learn how to master focus and stop all the time wasting activities... you will become unstoppable.
