They don't like you because you don't possess anything, you're not fast, you're not strong, you're not witty, all you have is yourself, all you have is your availability which everyone can do. You don't have something that is rare and extraordinary. You're not a needle mover, you can't handle a simple problem, they're not confident when you're around because you're not making the group look better.
THE EASIEST WAY TO INCREASE YOUR VALUE
Very simple, work hard and never give up. Possess that spirit, create that strength that people can rely on... that is how to become valuable. Be the hardest worker in your group and you immediately elevated your status. If you can do what they can't do then you're already on top. It's about getting better everyday, believe in the power of consistency, believe that everything you do to get better is working and making you a different kind of animal. You can become what you wanted to be if you will just give more time for the process. This is too easy if you will just give it a try. Time is your ally if you will start now, time is fast, you will get better fast if you're doing something everyday. One month can make results, it can make a small progress, three months will make an impact and a year will give you so much power and confidence. This is not about getting the results, it's about embracing the process and slowly transforming yourself into a better individual.
They will like you if you are stronger and can help the group in some ways. Your value will increase if you have something that they don't have. It can be a skill, resources, contact or anything that makes the group stronger and comfortable, they will hate you if you're being a burden. If you are weak then nobody will like you, nobody will welcome you.
MAKE SURE YOU ARE NOT BEING ABUSED
You must be in control here because you are valuable, don't let them abuse you just because you want them to like you. Stop thinking that you need to be liked, stop looking for attention and just be yourself. Your value will increase if you are being yourself and prioritizing yourself.
