Successful people were really good in mastering their emotions. This doesn't mean that they don't feel bad, this doesn't mean that they were like robots and doesn't get angry all the time. Mastering your emotions means you can think before you react, you give yourself some space before you do some stupid thing that you will regret later. It means you are very good in staying calm under pressure and staying cold when someone is triggering you to explode. It means you stay logical, you use your brain before your feelings, you don't care if you're feeling angry, sad or depressed, you just knew you need to be mindful and present and conscious all the time so you can make the fight decision needed for a particular situation. It means you don't think of yourself as a victim, it means you don't give a damn if someone is disrespecting you, you just knew what is more important and that is your peace and goals. Because you will never operate freely if you always react and fight somebody, you will never have a better life and you will always be in danger if you always react so fast. Some things doesn't need your attention at all, some events doesn't need to be highlighted. What you need to do is focus on he better things in your life and keep moving forward to put yourself on a better position to succeed. Just do what you need to do regardless of how you feel, take actions even if you are bothered, take meaningful actions, do the tasks that will give you a better future. Even if you're feeling angry, lazy or negative now... just do what you need to do. You will feel much better in just a few minutes, all you need to do sis be patient and accept your feelings, emotions come and go, any negative feelings will soon be overpowered by postiive emotions if you will just relax and focus on what's more important.
