There are primary reason why fear is irremovable, one is because of change, you will never stop change. Once you feel that change must happen you want to stop it and that causes you to become scared a lot. If you want to lessen your fear then you need to accept change, you must embrace life because life means change, you can never stop time, you can never stop the flow, if it is happening right now just accept it and welcome it to your life, don't resist it, don't ever stop it just let it be and go with it. Another reason is trying to protect your identity, you have this self image that you want to protect, you think you are special, you think you are not allowed to get hurt, you think that you must be perfect and that there is no room for errors, this is making you scared even more. If you will just embrace the imperfection on life then you will become braver, accept that life will never always go as you plan. Embrace imperfections, accept it and just try to enjoy life as much as you can. What will happen will happen, the only thing you can control is your perception. And another thin why fear is irremovable is because you're so afraid of what people say, you're so afraid of what they think of you that's why you can't be yourself and you're always holding yourself back, it's time to become free. Detach from everything to experience the state of fearlessness, of course you will be scared every once in a while but you can detonate fear fast if you will choose freedom. Freedom means not caring about people's expectations and embracing failures and disappointments. Life is really like this, you will never make it perfect even just for a day, there will always be a problem, there will always be something to bother you and make you feel bad. Welcome every adversity and problems, never resist and you will feel powerful.
