Sometimes you're too comfortable that's why you cant take actions, actually not sometimes but all the time. You're too chill and relaxed, you think nothing is going to change even if you don't work hard but that's not true, you are going down every time you procrastinate and waste your time, you are losing opportunities, people are outworking you and you are getting defeated in the competition. That is why you need to force yourself to move even if you don't like it. Set deadlines to yourself and take it seriously, set a quota, set a time limit for doing something. This way you're going to move your body, this kind of technique will make you alert, faster and serious about the task that you need to finish. If you are going to set a time limit of 20 minutes to clean your house then you're going to clean it, you can finish it even if it is not perfect, you will move, you will just pick the broom and sweep the floor, you will take it more seriously, you will become faster and more focused. Setting deadlines will somehow wake you up, it will give you more energy and willpower to finish something, it's because something is triggering you to take actions. It's all in the mind, set fake deadlines if you need to and seriously follow it. it will create a sense of urgency in you, you will make a progress and you will stop procrastinating, you will stop watching TV, you will stop playing games and you will just do what is needed. Because if you will not discipline yourself then you will become slow forever, you will never even take something seriously but if you set a deadline then you will become scared a little bit, you will have heightened senses, your body and mind will be forces to move forward and make something happen.
