If you are feeling the pressure it means you are paying attention to outside and not on the inside. It means you are giving power to external things or people, you are giving away your power to what bothers or distracts you. If you don't want to feel the pressure then be yourself, it means you need to focus on what you feel, focus on what you think and never care if some people are trying to penetrate your mind. Focus on what you believe, never care about how you feel at the moment just numb your nervousness through breathing. Take actions if you can and never care if you fail or succeed. Pressure is just an illusion, you feel it because you let the outside forces get inside of you. It's all in your head, if you think that the situation is just an ordinary day in your life then you will never feel the pressure anymore. If you don't care about what other people think of you, if you really just focus on what you think and feel then you will feel powerful. Your mind is the only thing that nobody can touch, realize that you have full control of your mind and you will become powerful. Pressure will make you shine if you feel it the right way, don't let it scare you, let it motivate you and make you energize. That's the difference between a loser and a winner, a winner thrives off pressure and a loser crumbles once he felt the pressure. Keep feeling the pressure over and over again and you will no longer feel it anymore. Pressure is nothing, it's just an illusion, you can master it. Just feel it and never resist it. Always think that the most important thing in your life is your life, for as long as you are alive... there is nothing to be afraid of. Pressure is there to make you better, once you were able to master it... you will become unstoppable.
YOU ARE GETTING THERE
Every time you move you are almost getting there, you are getting closer and closer to winning. Just keep moving forward and never give up, remember that perseverance will make you thrive, you have to keep on pushing when it's hard, you have to keep grinding and find a way if you feel lost. You are almost there, it's ok if you are slow just don't waste time, just don't stop. Never think about how are you going to make it and just take it one step at a time. Always remember that when it's really hard then you are very close to winning, you just need to take one more step and decide that you're going to get it no matter what. Be happy during pressure times, appreciate that you were still able to move and fight. Appreciate life, appreciate the challenges because it is there to make you see what you are capable of. You can overcome anything, you can defeat any challenge if you don't give up. Just breathe, during pressure times it's time to breathe and still your mind. Relax because there is no pint in rushing or panicking, it's ok to be fast but don't rush. At the end of the day you have to ask yourself what's the pressure all about? can it kill you? can it turn you into a frog. It's all in the mind, once you felt it... never resist it, welcome it to your system and fight fire with fire.
You're giving too much importance to something and that makes you feel the pressure even more. Always think that it is nothing, it's just ordinary, even the shiniest medal is nothing, even the largest prize is nothing, the most important thing is your life, it is your experience. You're already a winner if you try to embrace everything even the scariest things.
