Happiness is so overrated, happiness is so overrated, emotions are overrated. Your emotion is controlling you, it's making you do decisions that are not good if you're so high or so low. It's making you say stupid things, it's making you dumb most of the time because you're too invested with it and not using your logical reasoning anymore. Emotion is so not helpful. When you're happy you are generous for no reason, you're even letting people abuse you. When you're mad you get angry on little things which is making your day uglier. When you're anxious you're getting weaker, you're not even using your head to create the necessary actions.
USE YOUR MIND NOT EMOTION
Your emotion wants you to eat that but your mind is saying NO. Your emotion wants you to quit but your mind wants to keep fighting. Your emotion wants you to rest but your mind is thinking that it's almost deadline. Your emotion is telling you to get angry but your mind is telling you to calm down. Which is the stronger? which one will you follow? This is what separates the greats and the broke, the successful people always uses their mind while the losers always follow their urges, they're very impulsive, they always practice instant gratification. But if you will just use your mind and not emotion then you will make a better decision all the time. You will never make silly mistakes, you will never put yourself on a bad position. Your emotion is always telling you to be scared, quit, never try, feel lazy, stop, rest and get comfortable. While your mind is telling you to finish it, ignore the problems, don't stop the fight and do the right thing. Your emotion is the one that gives you a losing environment. It is always choosing the easier thing that has no progress at all.
Your emotion is making you weak by offering you the easier path. Things like food whenever you are stressed, Cellphone or TV whenever you feel tired. Cigarette whenever you feel sleepy, not showing whenever you feel lazy or hesitant. Your emotion is telling you to stop and just choose pleasures which serves as a destruction in the end. You are sabotaging yourself every time you become emotional. Use your mind and start thinking before doing something, don't fall into the trap of pleasures and comfort because it is a set up for a miserable life.
PUT YOUR MIND ON A NEUTRAL STATE
learn to relax, learn to slow it down a little bit but not lazy, learn to breathe and think the right way. Sometimes you don't even need to think at all, you just need to stay calm and collected. If you can't think positively then switch to a neutral state. It's better to be blank, plain, empty and calm rather than thinking negatively and letting fear control you. You will lose your power every time you let your fears guide you. You have to stop believing your fears and stay calm as much as possible. Just relax and feel your emotions. It will come and go, watch your thoughts carefully and never resist. Once you are aware of what you are thinking you can shift to a neutral state immediately. BE present, let your emotions come and go without fighting it.
