10 SIMPLE WAYS TO IMPROVE YOUR MENTAL STAMINA

This whole world is a mental game, purely purely mental game. Winners are made of a tough mind, not a weak mind, if you wanted to win in this thing called life... you better step up your mental game and never let any challenge break you. It's in your head, the key to winning is in your head, once you were able to make your mind really tough, once you were able to disciplined yourself strong enough... you will become something special. I have here the simple ways to improve your mental stamina, it worked on me so I'm pretty sure it will also work on you. Just try these technique and come back at me if it didn't work, you are free to slap me on my face and spit on my 200 dollar suit. 

1. Learn to meditate during stressful situations.

When you're stressed, scared, anxious or worried... that is the best time to quiet your mind, that is the best time to meditate. You should be aware that you are feeling uncomfortable, be aware if you feel so suffocated and terrified and meditate right away. Close your eyes and breathe. Focus on breathing, focus on being in the moment, you will find out that your situation is not really that bad. 

Meditation doesn't only happen when your eyes close or when you're alone in your room. It can also happen while you're on a heavy traffic or getting distracted by a loud noise. Just stay calm, hear everything, feel everything and never react, focus on your breathing while chaos is going on, you will feel how powerful you are, you will learn that what's happening is not that bad and you can survive it and enjoy it. 

2. Always challenge yourself.

Challenge yourself to do more, challenge yourself to be the best person that you can be. Be something else, be greater than your situation. Because you can always do better than that, you can always do better than yesterday but you're letting your weakness take over, you're not pushing, you're not making yourself uncomfortable. You can stretch yourself and reach your full potential, it's just a matter of wanting to improve and being hungry with progress. Don't be afraid to suffer, don't be afraid to struggle, you will only see the next level if you keep on challenging yourself. 

3. Enjoy the hard things

You can only go to the next level if you will do the hardest things, and you have to do it for so long. And you can only do it for a long time if you will learn how to enjoy it. Have fun because only few people can do the hard things, and if you're doing it then it means you're one of a kind, you're something special. Hard things have greater rewards than easier things so don't feel bad about yourself if you're doing the hard things now yet not seeing bigger results, you will see it in the future. Hard things will develop your mental stamina, it will strengthen your brain power, keep doing what is hard everyday and nothing can make you quit, you can push until the end, you will have the power to keep going and going, it feels like your energy never runs out and you keep getting stronger and stronger every time you do the hard things. 

4. Focus on what you want to happen but don't rush

If you want to win, always think about what you want to happen but be patient while getting it. Don't get frustrated if your pace was too slow, don't get mad if you can't make any progress at all. Your mental stamina will increase if you will just think that it will happen no matter what, you will be able to ignore the difficulty, you will still move and believe that you can win even if it looks impossible to win. 

5. Just promise to yourself that you will finish and never quit .

This is a very good technique to increase your mental stamina. Just promise to yourself to keep moving forward and never quit, just don't, just do it and keep pushing even if it's really hard. You can avoid quitting, you can go all the way. You are undefeated if you didn't quit, victory will be in your hands, so keep working and never quit, don't get intimidated with big problems, don't be scared of anything, just keep going no matter what. Always remember that there is always a space to operate, there is always a step that you can do, just keep working and never stop. Keep moving forward, do what you need to do, if they can't stop you then that's their problem.

6. Work whenever you feel lazy. 

Mental stamina is all about being disciplined. So if you want to increase your mental stamina... always be aware if you feel lazy and start moving right away, move your hands and feet, use your brain, think a little bit, solve problems, keep working. Develop your willpower to start and finish. You can defeat any lazy feeling if you will just work, you will be happy and proud of yourself if you were able to defeat your laziness, you will feel relieved. 

7. Watch a scary movie alone

This is a good training, it makes you brave, it makes you comfortable during scary situations. Horror movies will test your brain, if you can watch it for 2 hours straight alone then you're already on a different level, you can face another level of fear. It trains your mind to embrace your fear and be mindful of the situation. Always remember that fear will go away every time you embrace what is going on. Don't turn the tv off, hear the sound, watch every happening, embrace your fear and your mental stamina will go to a different level. 

8. Focus on being yourself. 

Whatever you can do, whatever you can show, whatever you can offer... just be yourself. It strengthen your mental stamina because being yourself means you trust yourself, it means you are ok being who you are, you trust everything about you, you believe that can endure anything and win, you believe in everything you do and you love doing everything your way. 

 9. Try work all day without resting. 

Just try it, it's fun, work all day long without resting. You will see how strong you are, you will be stretched and pushed. You will discover how strong you are, you will see all the things that you can do. Just work all day long without resting, this is a good way to improve your mental stamina, it's going to get harder and harder but always remember that you go to the next level everytime you push yourself to the limits. 

10. Confront someone who disrespects you. 

Say what you wanted to say, express your feelings, this is a good way to strengthen your mental stamina because you're facing your fears and anxiousness. It's not that you're looking for a fight, it's just that you are facing your fears and doing what most people can't do. Confront someone and tell him that you don't like what is going on, do it but stay calm and stay respectful.
