10 BEST TIPS ON HOW TO HAVE AN EASIER LIFE EVERYDAY?

Is your life to hard? are you struggling all day long? are you so sick and tired of repeating the same routine and experience? well, you come to the right website because I will tell you what exactly to do. Life isn't that hard, to be honest... it's so pretty damn easy if you will just follow the steps that I will be talking about on this article. Your life will change in an instant, you don't have to worry anymore. You don't have to feel scared or lost, you will even ask why haven't you done this steps before. But it's ok, you still have a lot of time left with your life, you can still make a change and live a wonderful life. This is not fantasy or being delusional, this is real, these steps will really make your life amazing. All it takes is discipline and commitment on following these steps and you will be like my other clients who made a significant change in their lives. 

Ok so much for the intro, here are the steps:

1. PLACE YOUR ATTENTION ON YOURSELF

The reason why you're not happy is because you're focused on other people's lives. You are not focusing on improving yourself, you easily get fooled by stupid entertainment that will not even make you grow. You will never evolve if you will not use all of your time for yourself. You better improve now, you better do something now before it's too late. Take full ownership of your life. You have a lot of potential if you will just use all of your resources and try to become better than yesterday. Place all of your attention on yourself, find a room for improvement. Groom yourself, make yourself beautiful and smart, make yourself stronger, you will become happier if you will love yourself and appreciate what you have. The are plenty of things to be thankful about yourself, look for it, stop comparing yourself to others, you will have an easier life if you will focus on your own journey and stop getting jealous with other people. You too can become great, it's just a matter of believing in yourself and doing what is right. 

2. KEEP FLOWING

What I mean by flowing is just learn to adapt. Stop resisting your feeling, stop feeling bad about what you don't want. Keep flowing, keep living life. It's ok if you're sad, depressed, anxious or hopeless just keep flowing, keep breathing, one day your emotions will change, you will become happy too. Just don't give up, just keep flowing and live your life to the fullest even if you're feeling something negative. Emotions were not permanent, it will change in just a matter of time, you don't feel bad now? be happy because you will feel good later, all you have to do is live and that's it. There is nothing to worry about, just flow, just learn to adapt and embrace all of your emotions. If you have a problem just flow, everything will flow, nothing will be stuck forever, you can do something, you can create... just keep flowing and learn to enjoy life each and everyday. 

3. OTHER'S BUSINESS IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS

So what if they're not acting right? so what if their actions offended you? so what if they're not doing the right thing? so what if they are arrogant and disrespectful? it's none of  your business to control what they do or think, it't their life, you will only feel bad if you will mind other people's business. Mind your own business, stay on your lane and never try to control everything. Just let other people be themselves while you are allowing yourself to be yourself too. Mind your own path and never let other people distract you. 

4. OWN YOUR TIME

You're giving a lot of your time to different things and people that doesn't even matter. Just pick all the important things and people in your life and give them some time. Never give time to toxic people and activities. It's your time, be selfish with it because you can never get it back once it's gone. Even watching some random channel on you tube, you're still giving your time to other people by doing that. If it's not making you grow then why do it? it will only make your life harder. Always be aware if you're wasting a lot of time because that's the key to success. 

5. DETECT WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD AND FOCUS ON IT

If a process is really making you feel good and you're also evolving on it... keep doing it. For example in exercise, if walking alone makes you feel good then keep walking, you don't need to compete with other cross fit trainer or athletes, you don't need to look like a real bad ass. If something is working for you a little bit... just focus on it, and when you got bored then that's the only time to look for something that is more challenging. You don't need to make a quantum leap right away, you don't need to make a huge and unbelievable progress, you can take it slowly but surely. Remember that consistency is they key here, stay consistent and you will get results. 

6. HAVE A LIMIT FOR RESTING

Be aware if you're resting too much because it will become an addiction that will lead to poor execution. Resting too much will make you tired even more because you are conditioning your body to just lie on bed and do nothing, resting too much will make you lazy and slow. Have a limit for resting, 5-6 hours of sleep is enough, taking a nap for 30 minutes is enough. The funny thing is there are some people who will work for 2 hours and will rest for ten hours, and that makes them useless and broke. If you don't want to become broke... don't get addicted to resting. You can rest all day if you're already successful, but for now... keep grinding and see what is possible by working hard.

7. STAY STILL, STAY PRESENT

Don't worry about the future, don't worry if you're running out of time and there is a tight deadlines to meet. Just keep going, live in the moment. What will happen will happen, just keep moving forward and never rush, be fast but don't hurry because it will only create bigger problems. You will make mistakes if you're not relaxed. Stay relaxed, stay still but of course don't be lousy, always give your best while staying calm and collected. 

8. DO IT TILL YOU MAKE IT

Just do it, do it even if it's not working, do it even if it's so hard. Do it till you make it, don't ever stop until you finished it. You can do it if you will really push yourself to the limits. You can do a lot of great things if you have a mindset of just doing it. Stop thinking too much and just do what you need to do, just do what you want to do, enough of the resistance and just do it. 

9. NEVER FOLLOW A LAZY PERSON

You should be your own boss. If someone who's lazy is instructing you to do something... stop following that retard. If you know you can work hard then why follow someone who's so lazy. You're better than that, you're on a different level if you work so hard. If your boss is lazy follow him just for formality but never believe him so much, don't be scared of him, don't disrespect him but don't ever get intimidated at him because you knew you can be something else. Follow him for now but never follow him forever, try to work your way to the top. Start from the bottom then rise. 

10. BE JOYFUL WITH YOUR ACTIONS

Be happy with anything that you're doing, this will make you blossom and do more. Some people were not happy with what they do that's why they can't become successful. The truth is... you can enjoy even the things that you don't want to do. You can enjoy sweeping floor, you can enjoy washing the dishes, it's all on your attitude. If you can be happy with anything that you do then you will become bigger and bigger, it's because nothing looks hard to you, you can take actions anytime you want to because your mindset is you will become happy with every action that you're going to take.
