You tend to suffer more because you're so attached from a lot of things that makes you worried. You're so afraid to lose your job, you're s afraid of the future, you're so afraid of your financial status or social status, you're taking care of your identity to much. If you can just detach from anything outside of you then your life will become much easier and lighter. Because the truth is you don't need anything at all, all you need is your life, all you need is your family and friends. Life is so simple, let go of the things you worried about and you will be able to have more room for breathing, you will live happier than ever.
FOCUS ON LIVING AND BECOMING BETTER A LITTLE BIT
Just try to live now without attachment from anything. Just live and focus on becoming a little bit better and better. Just stay positive and just do what you can do to win.
