12 EFFECTIVE TIPS TO FREE YOUR MIND FROM NEGATIVITY

1. Don't watch news. News is the number one source of negativity, it's because people love negatives. The news' aim is to control you and crowd your mind with frightening events. If the story is violent, scary, negative and panicking then the news channels will never hesitate to broadcast it because it control people's minds. News is 99 percent negative and only one percent positive.

2. Chase your own goal. It's harder to become negative if something positive is consuming your mind. Chasing a goal is a very good form of entertainment that will keep your mind away from negativity. If you have your goal then you will have your own journey, something good will occupy your mind, you will become a dreamer and a dreamer that is serious in chasing his dreams is always positive and motivated, he never let a negative input discourage him. He protects his mind from negativity so that he will be able to take actions everyday and make himself closer from his dreams.

3. Practice your own belief. You need to have your own belief system if you want to protect your mind from negativity. No matter what happens... you will stick with your own belief, you will protect it and apply it to any difficult situation you are in.

4. Never listen to facebook experts. Most people in facebook world are negative, they were full of garbage. They think they were always right and if you battle with them then you are only inviting yourself to destruction and failure. Stay away from them, don't read their posts, block them or unfollow them, never let them control your mind. They will make you angry and upset and that bad for the health of your mind.

5. Avoid toxic people. You know who they are, you know the people who makes you feel bad. Those toxic people will drain your energy, they will toxify your mind, they will make you feel weak and unempowered. Toxic people will never change, they were toxic before and they will become toxic forever so never try to please them and hope that they will treat you better. Just leave them or ignore them, it's not your lost. Most people were so afraid to leave a toxic relationship because they think they will lose something, the truth is you will gain more.

6. Meditate for at least 5 minutes a day. Meditation will reset your mind. If you feel that your mind was already being ruled by a lot of negative information then meditate. 5 Minutes a day will do. Meditation is too simple, it's only boring in the beginning but once you meditated 7 days straight for 5 minutes a day... you will love it, it will make you calmer and more positive. You will become more patient and you will see things that you can't see before that is already in front of you.

7. Avoid gossiping about celebrities. Celebrities were accustomed with negativity, people love throwing negative on them, some celebrities were negative too. It's just a waste of time and energy gossiping about celebrities because it will not even give you some money, you will never gain anything from it. Use your time wisely, use it to create and not to procrastinate, celebrities were beautiful but most of them will not even help you to grow in your life.

8. Exercise everyday, simple exercises will do. Put your shoes on and run, if you can't run outside for whatever reason then simply do some simple exercises at your home. There are no excuses here, exercise will make your brain healthier, you will forget your problems, you will become stronger and that will create a positive vibe. You will have a more relaxed mind and your confidence will go up.

9. Watch yourself. Watching yourself will make you avoid negative things and information. You should be aware if you're becoming negative or not. Remind yourself that what you want is positivity and not negativity. Be aware and conscious if you're saying negative things or entertaining destructive thoughts that are useless and not giving any contribution to the betterment of the society.

10. Stop being lazy. Procrastination will give birth to negativity. If you're not doing something productive or useful then there is a big tendency that you're going to become a negative person. Look at the people who have no jobs... they always complain, they always make excuses but they never even bother to at least try and exert an effort. All they see is negativity and reasons why something will not work. Their laziness is manipulating their minds and the funny thing is they don't even believe that they are lazy. A proof f laziness is there are no positive results in your life, all you attract is bad situations.

11. Stop getting jealous with other people's success. Jealousy is negativity itself, the worse is your mind will become blackened and poisoned every time you get jealous. You are no longer focusing on yourself, you love to see other people's journey and will try to bad mouth them because you're not getting successful like them but you feel you're so much better than them.

12. Start right away. Never let your mind think, if you need to do something then start right away. The more you think the more you will entertain a lot of negative thoughts such as: "It's hard", "I can't do it", "it's impossible", "this is not the right time" etc. etc. You will make a lot of excuses, and the funny thing is you are making yourself believe that those excuses were real even though part of you still believe that you can do it. If you will not start right away then your mind will be controlled by a lot of negative ideas and information.

13. Breathe. If a negative information is almost suffocating you... breathe. Detach from it, walk away from it and remind yourself that it is a poison and will never ever make your life better.

14. Saturate your mind with happy thoughts. The thought about you winning or making it in life, the thought about you being happy and satisfied, the thought about making your dreams come true.
